Marker maker
A marker-making kit for assembling a marking device having a user-determined mixture of marking solution is provided. The kit includes a base unit coupled to a marker positioning mechanism and a press mechanism. A mixing tube holder secures a mixing tube used for collecting a desired amount of one or more marker fluids. A mixed marker solution is combined, including any number of different colors of marker fluid, and used to saturate a marker reservoir. The saturated reservoir may then be transferred to a maker barrel positioned near the press mechanism. By applying an amount of force with a marker compression arm, a completed marker is secured, enclosing the marker reservoir inside a marker barrel.
REFILL FRIENDLY PEN BODY
A refill friendly pen body that is configured to adapt to a refill cartridge of various dimensional parameters. An adjustment cylinder is adjustably carried within a barrel to adapt the pen body to a length of the refill cartridge. A grip end of the pen body is configured with an internal collet to compressively engage with a forward end of the cartridge across to retain the forward end of the cartridge in a writing position. The pen body may also be provided with a cap to selectively cover and uncover the writing tip.
Stylus pen refill size improvement
Stylus pens with continuous long surface solid body between the stylus part and pen extrusion action pen body offer high stylus sensitivity. Such pens with top stylus function offer better visibility while writing. To achieve this, the surface discontinuity used in the action function is located far from stylus (discontinuity results in poor electrical conduction). One of the solutions is to have a twist action mechanism (without mating threads) requires a press fit design. Due to use of press fit manufacturing/function/useful life, a typical short mechanism was used thus limiting the cartridge (refill) size. A typical mechanism is used into this class of pens (as in FIGS. 2 & 5), which intern limited cartridge size (e.g FIG. 2 holds only 90 cubic mm). This patent will change the mechanism design, solve the issues and take advantage of full body size (case of FIG. 2 to hold 500% ink).

Fountain pen with quick-filling coupling
A fountain pen with a quick-filling coupling includes a nib assembly, a housing with a main tank and a writing tank formed therein, a rotatable finial at an end of the fountain pen opposite from the nib assembly, and a coupling for placing the housing on an ink feed device. A first sealing unit, arranged between the writing tank and the main tank, can be selectively opened and closed for filling the writing tank via the main tank. A second sealing unit, arranged between the writing tank and the nib assembly, can be selectively opened and closed for supplying ink to the nib assembly. A third sealing unit, arranged between the main tank and the coupling, can be opened and closed for filling at least the main tank. The finial is operably coupled to the pen for controlling the opening state of the first and second sealing units.

KNOCK TYPE WRITING INSTRUMENT
Provided is a knock type writing instrument provided with a simple mechanism allowing a stable fretting operation or the like. A knock type writing instrument 1 is provided with: a shaft cylinder 2; a refill 5 arranged inside the shaft cylinder 2; a spring 6 biasing the refill 5 backward; an operation part 20 pressed forward against a biasing force of the spring 6 in a knocking operation; and a main rotor 30, and is switchable between a writing state and a non-writing state with the knocking operation. The knock type writing instrument 1 is further provided with: a knock locking member 50 movable forward and backward inside the shaft cylinder 2 due to gravity; and a locking part 60 provided on a side of the shaft cylinder 2 and capable of being locked with the knock locking member 50. When a front end of the shaft cylinder 2 is directed upward, the knock locking member 50 moves backward to be locked with the locking part 60 to prevent forward movement of the operation part 20.
