THREE-POINT HITCH FOR AN AGRICULTURAL TRACTOR
A three-point hitch for an agricultural tractor includes a hydraulically actuatable lifting arm, a vertically pivotable lower link, and a lifting strut arranged between the lifting arm and the lower link. The lifting strut transmits to the lower link a pivoting movement on the lifting arm. The lifting strut includes a first fastening portion articulated to the lifting arm and a second fastening portion articulated to the lower link. The second fastening portion includes first and second fastening segments which encompass the lower link in a fork-shaped manner. A bearing pin disposed between the two fastening segments extends through a slot formed in the lower link. By pivoting the lower link, the bearing pin is displaced inside the slot between a first working position and a second working position. In each position, the bearing pin is secured inside the slot by a blocking arrangement.
Towing hitch
The disclosure relates to a towing hitch for a work vehicle. The towing hitch includes a retaining element. A coupling member coupled to the retaining element. A guide element having at least one guide channel formed therein; wherein the guide channel is sized to receive a portion of the retaining element. An actuator coupled to at least one surface of the retaining element, wherein the actuator is arranged such that lateral displacement of the actuator moves the retaining element between a first position and a second position within the guide channel of the guide element.
SINGLY STEERABLE, SERPENTINE STEEL TRACK CRAWLER TRANSFORMABLE INTO MULTI-TRACK CRAWLER AND WHEELED VEHICLE
There is provided a singly steerable, serpentine steel track crawler. The single-track crawler can steer independently in a serpentine fashion. Two or more single crawler tracks side-by-side can be transformed into a multi-track crawler vehicle. The single-track crawler or multi-track crawler vehicle can be fitted with rubber tires for plying on paved roads. This makes it a versatile, multi-terrain vehicle for agriculture and earth-moving applications.
METHOD FOR OPERATING AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE HAVING A TRACTOR AND AN IMPLEMENT HITCHED TO THE TRACTOR AND AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
The invention relates to a method for operating an agricultural machine having a tractor (1) and an implement (2) hitched to the tractor (1), the method comprising connecting a control device (12) provided on the tractor (1) to a data bus (6), wherein the control device (12) is configured to process data indicative for a plurality of implement operation parameters assigned parameter identifiers P1 to Pn (n 2); connecting a control unit (9b) provided on the implement to the data bus (6), wherein the control unit (9b) is assigned to at least one functional element of the implement (2); and establishing data communication between the control device (12) and the control unit (9b) through the data bus (6), comprising, in response to connecting the control unit (9b) to the data bus (6), transmitting a response data message from the control unit (9b) to the control device, the response data message indicating the control unit (9b) being configured to provide present parameter values for only a subset of implement operation parameters assigned parameter identifiers P1 to Pm (m<n), but not for a subset of remaining implement operation parameters assigned parameter identifiers Pm+1 to Pn. Further, in response to receiving the response data message in the control device, future data collecting messages transmitted from the control device (12) to the control unit (9b) are limited to requesting present parameter values for the subset of implement operation parameters assigned parameter identifiers P1 to Pm only, and the future data collecting messages transmitted to the control unit (9b) are prevented from requesting present parameter values for the subset of the remaining implement operation parameters assigned parameter identifiers Pm+1 to Pn. Furthermore, an agricultural machine having a tractor (1) and an implement (2) hitched to the tractor (1) is provided.
Hydraulic implement fluid recovery
An implement includes a mechanical coupling component configured to removably couple the implement to a support machine, a hydraulic fluid supply line configured to receive a supply flow of hydraulic fluid under pressure from a hydraulic system associated with the support machine, and a hydraulically-powered component configured to be actuated using the hydraulic fluid. The implement also includes a hydraulic fluid recovery system comprising a hydraulic fluid return line configured to fluidically couple to the hydraulic system associated with the support machine and provide a return flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic system. A hydraulic fluid reservoir is configured to, when the hydraulic fluid return line is decoupled from the hydraulic system associated with the support machine, receive a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid return line when a fluid pressure in the hydraulic fluid return line increases to a pressure threshold.
System and method for detecting a connector failure in an agricultural apparatus
A system for detecting a connector failure associated with an agricultural apparatus is disclosed. The system comprises a first supply source that is configured to supply a quantity of air at a first pressure into the hydraulic fluid line arranged on the agricultural apparatus. A second supply source is configured to supply a quantity hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic fluid line at a second pressure that is less than the first pressure. A protection device is coupled to the hydraulic fluid line and is configured to inhibit flow of the hydraulic fluid supplied by the second supply source when a pressure differential across an inlet of the protection device exceeds a predetermined threshold.

Enhanced resolution fore/aft leveling of a towable tillage implement
A system, apparatus and method, for enhancing resolution during remotely controlled adjustment of a fore/aft trim angle of a frame of a towable tillage implement, utilize a fore/aft trim angle adjustment arrangement operatively attached between a hitch and the frame of the implement for tilting the frame at a desired trim angle along a fore/aft axis of the frame. An adjustable-length fore/aft trim linkage is operatively connected between the frame and the hitch for adjusting and maintaining the trim angle. A linear actuator is operatively attached to the trim angle linkage for remotely controlling the length of the trim angle adjustment linkage to thereby adjust the trim angle as a function of a stroke of the actuator. The fore/aft trim linkage provides an adjustment in its length that is proportionally less than the stroke of the actuator, to thereby provide enhanced resolution for remote control of the trim angle.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND TRAVELING VEHICLE
A control system to control a work machine and a traveling vehicle traveling with the work machine, includes a first communication device and a second communication device each of which controls operation of the traveling vehicle and at least one of which includes an authenticator to authenticate the work machine by communicating with a third communication device to control operation of the work machine, and a notifier to notify the other one of the first communication device and the second communication device that the authenticator succeeded in authentication, the first communication device and the second communication device each being prohibited, unless the authenticator succeeds in authentication, from at least controlling operation of the traveling vehicle in accordance with information sent from the third communication device.
Apparatus, Systems And Methods For Steerable Toolbars
