Control units, nodes, system, and method for transmitting and communicating data
Agricultural electronics include many components. The components can be connected via an electronic link that connects the various components to components of an agricultural implement. This can include the use of a component type identifier and a master module. The identifier and the module can communicate data, including identification data and instructional data, to easily acknowledge and operate various electrical components of the agricultural implement. Additional sensors can be included to provide even additional data that is communicated between the module and the components of the agricultural implement to aid in providing instructions for operation and to provide additional data information.
System and method for purging agricultural sprayer nozzles based on air pressure
An agricultural sprayer includes a purge tank and first and second nozzles. Furthermore, the system includes a first valve fluidly configured to selectively permit air to flow to the first nozzle and a second valve fluidly configured to selectively permit the air to flow to the second nozzle. A computing system is configured to receive an input indicative of initiation of a purging operation and, upon receipt of the input, control an operation of a main valve to allow the air to flow through a main fluid conduit. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to monitor the air pressure associated with the purge tank and control the operation of the first and second valves during the purging operation based on the monitored air pressure.
AGRICULTURAL SUPPLY AND/OR MAINTENANCE FACILITY AND/OR ASSOCIATED SUPPLY AND/OR MAINTENANCE METHOD
An agricultural facility arranged in a plot of farmland includes: a supply and/or maintenance station; an autonomous agricultural device performing an agricultural task in the plot of farmland; a control unit for moving the autonomous agricultural device and the station, which unit is configured to control movement of the autonomous agricultural device within the plot of farmland including a work area in which an agricultural task is performed by the autonomous agricultural device and an area to be worked in which an agricultural task is to be performed by the autonomous agricultural device. The control unit is configured to control movement of the station from the work area to the area to be worked if the autonomous agricultural device moves to perform an agricultural task in the area to be worked, movement of the station being independent from movement of the autonomous agricultural device.
TRUSS BRACKET AND HITCH CONNECTOR SYSTEM
An improved pipe connection system for attaching truss rods and other irrigation system components to an irrigation pipe. According to a first preferred embodiment, the attachment system of the present invention preferably includes a truss angle bracket assembly, a hitch channel lock assembly and a truss rod bracket assembly which are designed and positioned to attach to a single pipe section. According to a further preferred embodiment, the truss bracket assembly, the hitch channel lock assembly and the truss rod bracket assembly of the present invention are preferably each formed of single part/die surfaces which are laser-cut and bent on a transfer press to provide multiple sections formed from the single part/die surfaces.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A NOTCHED CYLINDER PIN ON A THREE-POINT HITCH
A three-point hitch includes a frame, a lift cylinder coupled to the frame and having a lift cylinder boss, a pin bore extending through the lift cylinder boss, and a pin configured to be received within the pin bore so that the pin extends through the lift cylinder boss and couples the lift cylinder to the frame. The pin bore extends along a boss axis and includes a first bore end and an axially opposing second bore end. The pin bore defines an axial bore length between the first bore end and the second bore end. The pin defines a pin axis and includes a first pin end, an axially opposing second pin end, and a cylindrical body. An axial pin length defined between the first pin end and the second pin end is less than the axial bore length.
WEAR BLOCK ASSEMBLY FOR A THREE-POINT HITCH
A wear block assembly includes a wedge block having a top surface and a bottom surface, and a wear block having a tooth that protrudes from a contact surface. The top surface of the wedge block includes a wedge recess that extends laterally along the top surface. The tooth is configured to be received within the recess and engage a securing face of the recess to interlock the wedge block and the wear block.
Cleaning system for an agricultural sprayer
A cleaning system for an agricultural sprayer may include a sprayer boom, a plurality of nozzle assemblies provided in association with the sprayer boom and configured to dispense an agricultural product during a spraying operation of the agricultural sprayer, a first cleaning fluid tank configured to hold a first cleaning fluid, and a nozzle assembly fluid circuit fluidly coupling the plurality of nozzle assemblies and the first cleaning fluid tank. Moreover, the cleaning system may include a cleaning station supported on the sprayer boom, the cleaning station comprising a first valve. Additionally, the cleaning system may include a first cleaning fluid circuit fluidly coupling the first valve and the first cleaning fluid tank. The first valve is configured to supply the first cleaning fluid therethrough when the first valve is in an open position.
Control system and traveling vehicle
A control system to control a work machine and a traveling vehicle traveling with the work machine, includes a first communication device and a second communication device each of which controls operation of the traveling vehicle and at least one of which includes an authenticator to authenticate the work machine by communicating with a third communication device to control operation of the work machine, and a notifier to notify the other one of the first communication device and the second communication device that the authenticator succeeded in authentication, the first communication device and the second communication device each being prohibited, unless the authenticator succeeds in authentication, from at least controlling operation of the traveling vehicle in accordance with information sent from the third communication device.
Ground-engaging implement with lateral position adjustment
A data processor determines whether a draft force on the implement is unbalanced based on an error between the observed implement angle and a target implement heading exceeding a threshold deviation. The data processor is adapted to generate a control signal to compensate for the imbalance in the draft force by adjusting the first lateral position via the first actuator, or by adjusting the second lateral position via the second actuator, the first actuator and the second actuator being positioned on opposite lateral sides of the implement.
IMPLEMENT MULTI-COUPLER WITH BREAKAWAY FEATURE
A work vehicle multi-coupler assembly having a controlled breakaway feature include a pair of coupling elements that mate along a coupling axis. A shear pin is carried by one of the coupling elements. A coupler mechanism connected to the second coupling element and configured to engage the shear pin to bring the first coupling element into mating engagement with the second coupling element. The coupler mechanism is configured to shear the shear pin to permit movement of the first coupling element away from the second coupling element along the coupling axis during a breakaway event.
