BIODEGRADABLE MARKER PEN
A biodegradable marker pen including a barrel, a cap, and an ink reservoir. The barrel has a hollow cylindrical structure, the ink reservoir is placed in the barrel, and the cap is detachably coupled with the barrel hermetically. The barrel, the cap, and the ink reservoir comprise 2 to 10 mass percentage of a biodegradable masterbatch respectively.
Telescoping writing implement
A telescoping writing implement that retracts the writing point when in the collapsed position. An external pen body is mechanically connected to a writing cartridge through at least one aperture in a guide tube. Movement of the external pen body downward draws the writing cartridge down inside the guide tube until the writing end of the writing cartridge is exposed and the connecting means such as a clip, screw or pin contacts the lower edge of the aperture. When the outer pen body is moved upward, it draws the writing cartridge with it inside the guide tube until the writing end is protected inside the guide tube. The limits of travel are governed by the dimensions of the aperture when the connecting means contacts the edge of the aperture. Additional elements may include an upper pen body with a pocket retainer clip and internal position detents.

PEN ASSEMBLY PRESS AND LEVER THEREOF
A pen assembly press and its lever are disclosed. The lever is installed on either of the pressing mechanisms of the pen assembly press. The lever has a stopping component and particularly a resilient preloading component which consists of a resilient support component between the limiting component and the stopping component, allowing resilient preloading of the stopping component to a certain distance. Therefore, the pen assembly press can achieve greater quickness and accuracy in positioning, smoothness in adjusting operation, and convenience and improvement in using.

WRITING INSTRUMENT AND RELATED PRODUCTION METHOD
Writing instrument (1) comprising a writing element (20) having a body (21) delimited by an end (22) coated with a metal material suitable to trace signs on paper through oxidation, and method for producing the writing element (20).
Roller-ball paint marker
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a roller ball marking instrument for use with paint, a method for assembling the roller ball marking instrument, and a system for delivering paint. The body of the marking instrument includes a reservoir for storing paint. The body is coupled to a fibrous roller ball via a retaining ring. The roller balls sits within a partially-enclosed cavity in the center of the retaining ring. A least part of the roller ball protrudes through an opening in the retaining ring. Paint in the reservoir moves first through an opening at one end of the body and then through an open center of the retaining ring. The paint is transferred to the roller ball. The roller ball rotates freely within the cavity of the retaining ring and transfers the paint to a writing surface.

Tube insertion tool
Tube insertion devices are configured to allow a user to manually insert a hollow tube into a receiving bore, e.g., a pen tube into the bore of a blank. In some implementations, the devices include (a) a pair of elongated arms, each arm comprising a gripping portion and an insertion portions, each of the insertion portions terminating in a distal tip, and (b) a connecting portion joining the arms such that the arms pivot about the connecting portion in a plane defined by the arms when the gripping portions are pressed together by a user. Each of the insertion portions preferably includes a relatively wider proximal portion and a relatively narrower distal tube-carrying portion, the change in width between the proximal portion and the distal portion defining a stop surface.
WRITING INSTRUMENT
A thermochromic writing instrument including a writing body, storing a thermochromic ink therein, stored in a barrel; an operation body provided in the barrel to be operated to longitudinally move the writing body; a nib of the writing body configured to be capable of appearing from a front end of the writing instrument, wherein the writing instrument 1 further includes a friction unit, for rubbing handwriting in the thermochromic ink and capable of thermally changing the color of the handwriting by frictional heat generated at that time, and at least one clip body as the operation body, the friction unit 10 is provided at a rear end of the barrel, and the clip body is provided in an area other than the rear end of the barrel.
