The present disclosure relates to an oven cavity having a dielectrically coated glass or glass-ceramic substrate that absorbs electromagnetic radiation thereby increasing the temperature of the substrate and the dielectric coating composition, and emits heat radiation into the oven cavity.

Techniques for displaying baking information regarding an oven are provided herein. For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise a system. The system can comprise a memory that can store computer executable components. The system can further comprise a processor, which can be operably coupled to the memory, that can execute the computer executable components stored in the memory. Also, the computer executable components can comprise an imaging component that can generate one or more images based on baking information regarding an oven. Further, the computer executable components can comprise a display component that displays the image.

Techniques for displaying baking information regarding an oven are provided herein. For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise a system. The system can comprise a memory that can store computer executable components. The system can further comprise a processor, which can be operably coupled to the memory, that can execute the computer executable components stored in the memory. Also, the computer executable components can comprise an imaging component that can generate one or more images based on baking information regarding an oven. Further, the computer executable components can comprise a display component that displays the image.
OVEN WITH RENEWABLE ENERGY CAPACITIES
Techniques for utilizing excess heat generated by an oven to generate electricity are provided. In one example, an oven can comprise a coolant pathway positioned adjacent to a hollow space within the oven, wherein the hollow space can contain heat. The oven can also comprise a chamber in fluid communication with the coolant pathway. The oven can further comprise a turbine in fluid communication with the chamber and an outlet. Moreover, the oven can comprise a generator connected to the turbine, wherein rotation of the turbine can power the generator.
Baking pan image capture system
The device relates to a method and an arrangement for visualization or to gauge conditions of the surface of coated materials on baking pans and formulations and applications of materials to enhance this visualization. Specifically, surfaces on baking pans used in the baking of common foodstuffs where coatings are applied to the pan with visual enhancement additives so as to improve the release of baked products such as but not limited to bread and rolls and like baked goods and visualization of the pans for damage, wear, imperfections, contaminants and other surface defects or abnormalities. The device includes a light and/or energy emitter which reflects light off of the pan surface, an image capture element receiving the reflected light and/or energy to form an image of the pan, a controller analyzing the image of the pan for the aforesaid abnormalities and reporting same.
ARRANGEMENT FOR CLEANING BAKING SURFACES
A laser arrangement cleans baking surfaces configured in a relief-like manner and optionally cleans evaporation and/or sealing strips of baking plates of a baking machine. The laser arrangement has a laser source for outputting a laser beam onto a locally selectable target area by continuous variation of the output direction of the laser beam and traversing a contour forming the target area. Deflecting optics are arranged at a distance from the laser source and in the target area of the laser source for deflecting the laser beam and for projecting the target area formed by the contour onto the baking plate to be cleaned along a projection direction. The deflecting optics has a device for adjustment for varying the projection direction and the outlet direction of the laser beam.
Baking oven having high emissivity coating
An oven for baking a food product includes a housing having a ceiling, a floor, first and second opposing side walls, at least one internal heating zone defined by the ceiling, the floor and the first and second opposing side walls, and at least one heating source for providing heat to the at least one internal heating zone. The ceiling is formed of carbon steel. At least a surface of the ceiling facing the at least one internal heating zone is formed as a high emissivity chemical conversion coating.
Glaze-like coatings used to make oven bake clays food and drink safe
The present invention is directed at coatings for oven bake clay that when applied make the surface of the resulting object food safe. Among the many different possibilities contemplated, the coating may contain one or more food safe plastics that may be in particle form and may form suspensions or colloids when mixed with water, food safe oil or other food safe liquids to ease application. Among the many potential additional ingredients contemplated, the coating may contain one or more surfactants to improve the formation of a suspension or colloid or one or more food safe dyes so that the oven bake clay can be painted. Among the many methods of making the coating contemplated, the components may be mixed to form a suspension or colloid through one or more of agitation, stirring or sonication. It is further contemplated that the coating may be applied to an unbaked oven bake clay object and then baked or alternatively applied to a baked oven bake clay object and then re-baked.
Modular food holding system
A modular food holding system includes a plurality of individual modularized food holding chambers, each of the plurality of food holding chambers being physically and communicatively removably connected to one another. Each of the food holding chambers includes a food holding cavity and at least one of a heating element and/or a cooling element for heating or cooling the food holding cavity. A chamber base is physically and communicatively removably connected to one of the food holding chambers and operation of at least one food holding chamber is controlled by the chamber base.
Multizone oven with improved cleaning distribution
A multi cavity oven provides improved cavity and jet plate cleaning by directing pressurized cleaning spray into the jet plates while installed within the oven through cleaning spray inlet ports in the walls of the removable jet plates. By directing cleaning spray directly into the interior of the jet plates, cooking juices that fall through the slots and openings and into the air passageway of the jet plates can be pressure cleaned and drained from the interior of the jet plates without removing the jet plates from the oven cavity.
