INTERSECTING WALL CENTER POINT MARKING DEVICE
A device including a first wing section having a hinge segment, in which said hinge segment has at least two spaced apart side hinge segments; a first aperture, in which said first aperture has at least two apertures disposed at a proximate end of each of said side hinge segment. A second wing section, in which said second wing section including a center hinge segment, in which said center hinge segment is configured to be disposed between said at least two space apart side hinge segments; a second aperture, in which said second aperture is disposed at a proximate end of said center hinge segment hinge. Means for coupling said first and second wing sections, means for holding a marking implement and wherein said device is operable for drawing a proximate center point along a length of a corner of an intersecting wall.
DIVIDING A STRAIGHT OR CURVED LINE INTO "N" NUMBER OF EQUAL SUBPARTS
Multi-part processes and device with elongated flat members for line end-points, which together can divide a straight or curved line of unknown length into specified numbers of equal sub-parts. This invention significantly extends beyond the limited abilities of various devices and construction techniques, including geometric constructions used over millennia, to subdivide a line into equal sub-parts. The length of any straight-line in a plane can be subdivided into any specified positive natural number of equal sub-parts. The length of any 360? or less arc of a circle in a plane and its subtending central angle(s) can be subdivided into any specified positive integer number of equal sub-parts. Each of the four angles formed when two straight-lines intersect in a plane can be subdivided into any specified positive natural number of equal sub-parts. The specified number for subdivision may be any even or odd positive whole number, including a positive prime number. The multi-part processes and device can be used to produce definite specified fractional subdivisions of a line that are not equal sub-parts of the line. They may be applicable to subdividing arcs of constant curvature that are not circular. This invention can be used to avoid the abstractions in reality and illusions created when objects in the three-dimensional real world are represented two-dimensionally in a plane. The same applies to representations in three-dimensional constructions. This application is a continuation of patent application Ser. No. 16/580,542 in which the examiner found in an amended substitute specification that more than one invention had been disclosed.
LINE DRAWING TOOL
A line drawing tool includes a body; a reel that is rotatably provided in the body and that includes flanges on two ends of a thread winding shaft; a thread that is wound around the thread winding shaft and that is drawn out to outside of the body with powder that is enclosed in the body being adhered to the thread; and a clearance that is formed between the flanges of the reel and the body, the clearance being provided for allowing the powder that accumulates between the body and the flanges to escape.
Marking device and method
A device for marking a surface, the device comprising: a body configured to store a marking substance; a guide arrangement having a first end and a second end, at least a portion of an outer surface of the guide arrangement tapering from the first end to the second end which is narrower than the first end, wherein an output path is provided through the second end at substantially the center of the guide arrangement; an activation arrangement; and a delivery arrangement which is configured, in response to triggering of the activation arrangement, to deliver a quantity of the marking substance from the body, along the output path and out of the second end, wherein, in use, a user inserts at least the second end of the guide arrangement into an aperture in an element positioned adjacent a surface until the outer surface of the guide arrangement contacts the aperture, and the user triggers the activation arrangement to deliver a quantity of the marking substance through the second end and onto the surface to mark the surface at a position which is substantially aligned with the center of the aperture.

ANGLE TRISECTOR, AS VALIDATED TO PERFORM ACCURATELY OVER A WIDE RANGE OF DEVICE SETTINGS BY A NOVEL GEOMETRIC FORMING PROCESS; ALSO CAPABLE OF PORTRAYING FINITE LENGTHS THAT ONLY COULD BE APPROXIMATED BY MEANS OF OTHERWISE APPLYING A COMPASS AND STRAIGHTEDGE TO A GIVEN LENGTH OF UNITY; THAT FURTHERMORE FUNCTIONS AS A LEVEL WHOSE INHERENT GEOMETRY COULD BE ADAPTED FOR MANY OTHER USES SUCH AS BEING INCORPORATED INTO THE DESIGN OF A HYDRAULIC CAR LIFT
A newly proposed articulating invention, each of whose four constituent embodiments is designed to trisect any of a multitude of suitably described angles by means of becoming properly set to its designated magnitude; thus automatically portraying a motion related solution for the trisection of an angle that discloses complete routing details of a pathway that leads from such designated magnitude all the way back to its trisector; thereby discerning the whereabouts of certain intersection points which evade detection when attempting to otherwise locate them by means of applying only a straightedge and compass to an angle of such designated magnitude; furthermore projecting finite lengths of any trisector that bears cubic irrational trigonometric properties, being those that cannot be duplicated, but only approximated, when applying a straightedge and compass to a given length of unity; and being of a unique design that could be adapted to function as a level.
System, method and computer program for enabling signings and dedications on a remote basis
A system, method and computer program for enabling signings/dedications on a remote basis is provided. A first computer at a first location is associated with an individual from whom a signature or dedication is required. A second computer at a location where the signing or dedication is required is linked to the first computer so as to provide a two-way audiovisual communication system. The second computer is operate e to receive input from one or more individuals regarding their request for a signature and/or dedication, and to communicate the request to the first computer. The first computer is operable to permit the individual associated with the first computer to review the request, and based on such request provide a signature and/or personalized dedication as an input to an input device connected to the first computer. The first computer transmits the signature and/or personalized dedication from the first computer to the second computer. The second computer is >@5r0+5 to receiving the signature and/or personalized dedication, and provide the signature and/or personalized dedication to a plotting apparatus device connected to the second computer. The plotting apparatus device is >@5r0+5 to apply the signature and/or personalized dedication introduced to the plotting apparatus device to an article, substantially in the handwriting of the individual associated with the first computer, based on the operation of the plotting apparatus device. A computer program for enabling the functions described is also provided. A related method is also disclosed.
