Actuator of engraving machine
The proposed actuator of engraving machine relates to decorative machining of hard materials, and can be used in arrangement of facades and monuments. A permanent magnet and a core with a pivot are concentrically fixed in an upper part of a housing. An electric coil is placed on a cylindrical frame of nonmagnetic material and can move in the axial direction in a ring gap between the core and the permanent magnet together with a pusher fixed in two circular elastic membranes, spaced in the axial direction and fixed in the housing along an external contour. A shank is fixed on the pusher under the membranes, having a central part extending through a bottom cover of the housing. It has a hollow axial opening, wherein a removable impact tool is mounted. The design is simple and reliable. Durability, accuracy and speed of engraving of the actuator are improved.

PORTABLE RAIL SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING AN ENGRAVING DEVICE
A portable rail system for mounting an engraving device includes rails and crossbar members that are precisely joined, and include height adjustment devices for incrementally adjusting the height of the rail system relative to a work surface or contact surface, thus making the portable rail system capable of being assembled and disassembled at a work site to enable the use of an engraving device, such as a CNC router engraving systems, in situ, or on-site, rather than in a workshop. The portable rail system enables the use of a CNC router device or other engraving device on vertical surfaces.
CRAYON CARVING DEVICE
Devices, kits, and methods for making a carved crayon are provided. In one aspect, a crayon carving device includes a base, a pantograph armature coupled to the base, a crayon positioner, and at least one guide template parallel to the crayon positioner. The pantograph armature includes a motorized drive shaft with a drill tip for carving an outside surface of a crayon body, as well as a guide tip for tracing along a guide template that directs where the drill tip carves. In some embodiments, the guide template includes a stationary bridge support and a plurality of removable carving bucks that insert into one of multiple openings on the bridge support. The surface features of each of the carving bucks may be traced by the guide tip to generate a corresponding carving on the surface of a crayon body.
CONDUIT TOOL
According to various embodiments, there is provided a conduit reamer component including: a conical body having a first end for receiving a conduit and a second end opposite the first end, the conduit body including a first circumferential ledge having a first diameter and located in the conical body, and a second circumferential ledge having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter and located in the conical body, the first circumferential ledge located between the second circumferential ledge and the first end of the conical body.
