CONTAINER
This container has a bottom section (11) made of a transparent or translucent material and a tubular section (12) being continuous with the bottom section (11), and has at least one first image (13) formed inside the bottom section (11) thereof by laser processing and/or at least one second image formed on the side surface of the bottom section (10) thereof by a processing method other than laser processing. At least a partial area (11a) of the side surface of the bottom section (11) behind the first image and/or the second image when the first image and/or the second image is viewed from the main viewing direction is processed in a color other than white.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PLASTIC ARTICLE, APPARATUS FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD, AND PLASTIC ARTICLE
A method for producing a plastic article including a) providing at least one film 10 having a carrier film and at least one decorative layer, b) forming, by means of lasers, at least one first area 21 and at least one second area 22 in the plane formed by the at least one film 10, wherein the at least one second area 22 has a higher transmittance than the at least first area 21, c) arranging at least one varnish layer 12 in the at least one second area 22 by means of digital printing, d) curing, the at least one film 10, and/or the at least one varnish layer 12, e) arranging the at least one film 10, on a substrate 11, f) obtaining a plastic article 1 comprising the at least one first area 21 and the at least one second area 22.
FLOOR PANEL, AS WELL AS METHOD, DEVICE AND ACCESSORIES FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel has a rectangular shape and an upper surface. The floor panel includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer is made on the basis of synthetic material extending over a substantial part of the upper surface. The top layer includes a printed decor extending over a substantial part of the upper surface. The substrate has at least two opposite edges, with the edges being provided with coupling parts. The upper surface, at one or more edges, shows a sloping edge portion sloping down to the respective edge. The sloping edge portion, viewed according to a cross-section transverse to the respective edge, has a shape and/or angle varying in function of the longitudinal direction of the respective edge.
Method for adjustment of decorative printing using measured color values of first and second primer applied wood material boards and apparatus for carrying out the same
Disclosed is a method for printing wood material boards. The method includes: by a digital printing process, measuring color values of the wood material boards from at least one first batch and forwarding the color values to a computer program; measuring color values of the wood material boards from at least one further batch and forwarding the color values to the computer program; processing the color values of the wood material boards from the at least one further batch in the computer program and adapting the color values of the digital print; and printing at least one side of the wood material boards by means of digital printing technology, forming a decorative layer in such a way that no color deviations occur between the printed decorations of the wood material boards.
Preparation process of 3D texture decorative panel, and preparation system thereof as well as 3D texture decorative panel prepared therefrom
A process includes printing a pattern on an upper surface of a substrate and curing to form a pattern layer; carrying out digital inkjet printing on an area where a convex pattern is required on the pattern layer by using a first UV varnish to obtain a first UV varnish layer, and before the first UV varnish layer is cured, in a crack area with a predetermined sharp boundary on the pattern layer, digital inkjet printing is performed on an edge of the first UV varnish layer with an ink to obtain an ink layer, the ink layer is in contact with the first UV varnish layer, then the first UV varnish layer is subjected to curing, the first UV varnish and ink being transparent or translucent; and removing the ink to obtain a 3D texture decorative panel with sharp edges.
Method of producing three-dimensional structural surfaces
The invention relates to a method of producing three-dimensional structural surfaces based on synthetic resin-impregnated materials applied to the surface, in particular of wood-based panels. The method is characterized in that before the impregnation, at the stage of pattern printing, a mixture is applied to the decor paper, consisting of printing ink, whether with pigment or not, and a swelling agent in the form of microspheres, being encapsulated gas bubbles of sizes ranging from 2 pm to 180 pm, increasing its volume under the influence of rising temperature, wherein the mixture of the ink and the swelling agent contains from 0.3% to 45% by weight of the swelling agent, and after exiting the printing press and after the impregnation, the decor paper with the formed final pattern with a coded three-dimensional structure is pressed onto the surface, in particular of a wood-based panel, using a heated press plate with any working surface.
Floor panel, as well as method, device and accessories for manufacturing such floor panel
Floor panel, more particularly a laminate floor panel, which, at least at two opposite edges (2-3-4-5), is provided with coupling parts (6-7-8-9), whereby this floor panel (1), at its decorative side, forms an imitation of wood, from which, by means of a tool, wood portions have been removed from the surface, more particularly forms an imitation of so-called scraped wood, and whereby this floor panel (1) comprises a decor (10) representing a wood pattern (18), a top layer (11) on the basis of synthetic material (12), and an underlying substrate (13), whether or not composed of several layers or parts, characterized in that the floor panel (1), in the surface over which the decor (10) extends, is provided with embossed portions (19 and/or 20) continuing up into the aforementioned substrate (13), whereby these embossed portions (19 and/or 20) are at least applied in order to imitate the aforementioned removed wood portions.
Banner making machine
A machine for applying support members to opposing sides of opposing edges of a sheet material includes a support tab applicator assembly that applies a first portion of a support tab along a longitudinal edge of a first side of the sheet material, a support tab finisher assembly that applies a second portion of the support tab disposed opposite the first portion to a second side of the sheet material disposed opposite the first side, and a hole punch assembly that cuts a hole through the sheet material. The machine also may include a strengthening film applicator assembly that applies a strengthening film along a longitudinal length of the first side of the sheet material and/or across the support tab.

Temporary tattoo
An image transfer sheet for producing a temporary tattoo having a base release sheet upon which a tattoo image is formed. The tattoo image comprising an image layer composed of a permanent adhesive and a water soluble adhesive having one or more inks integrated therewith. Wherein, after the tattoo image has been applied to a user and then subjected to water, the water soluble adhesive breaks apart and the permanent adhesive no longer has the ability to bond thereby allowing the tattoo image to easily be removed from the user.
