Provided herein are methods for the modulation of appearance or material properties within items of apparel or equipment. Also provided herein are design articles having alterable designs.

Disclosed herein are enhanced articles of sale which contain sports and entertainment artifacts which refer to an array of items or fixtures that maintains significance because of its presence or use in a cultural event or moment; for example, a sports game or series, concert, award ceremony, show, entertainment venue or any other memorable, culturally relevant instance that is preserved. These artifacts can be affixed to apparel such as caps, hats, scarves, tee shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, socks, footwear etc., in wall hangings or shelf memorabilia such as artwork, baseball cards, any trading cards, pictures, lithographs, autographs, statues, bobbleheads, plaques, etc., and instruments or game devices, such as bats, balls, sticks, rackets, clubs, gloves, drumsticks, etc. When a consumer purchases an enhanced article, they are given a certificate of authenticity that may be registered on an online database which allows a consumer to view all present and former interactions with their purchased product. Consumers may also buy, trade, sell, and view the metadata of their enhanced article of sale and monitor its valuations.

The present invention discloses a novel three-dimensional modeling lamp and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: selecting corresponding sheets according to the preset size and external shape of the three-dimensional modeling lamp, and carrying out indentation treatment on the sheets to facilitate the installation of users.

Artificial Celebration Cakes are artificial cakes that are used to celebrate the life of the deceased. The cakes are artificial, but they are crafted to appear as if they are covered in buttercream, or fondant, like a traditional or custom designed cake. They are created by attaching one or more foam parts and attaching it to a vase insert, or temporary vase. This combination is meant to keep the artificial cake stable by allowing the cake to sit directly on the vase, while the vase insert is placed directly into the vase to prevent it from being blown over. The artificial cake can also be supported by a temporary vase when an affixed vase is not available, this will keep the artificial cake from being placed directly on the ground.

The present invention relates to a technology which enables a desired shape to be freely represented using sculpture components in a three-dimensional space filled with a transparent material. The present invention is characterized in that, when a sculpture is manufactured by installing, in a three-dimensional space, a text, a picture, a model, and a real object consisting of at least one of points, lines, surfaces, and solids, the shape of the sculpture can be freely represented using a transparent carrier containing at least one of the text, the picture, the model, and the real object, and a transparent carrier serving as a fixing means.
