A method of stenciling a stenciled graphic in a desired position and orientation on the graphic-display surface of a substrate includes providing at least one stencil template defining the stenciled graphic and at least one guide element including mutually-space template positioning indicia. Both the stencil template and the guide element are magnetically attracted to the substrate.
