SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING DOUGH ALONG A CONVEYING SECTION
A system is provided for conveying dough along a conveying section, and the system comprises an elongate dough-conveying element that defines the conveying section. The dough-conveying element comprises a dough-supporting region that forms a supporting surface for dough conveyable or to be conveyed by means of the system, and at least one lateral region extending laterally along the dough-supporting region in the longitudinal direction of the dough-conveying element. The at least one lateral region is movably disposed or formed, in particular pivotally disposed or formed, relative to the dough-supporting region. Furthermore, the dough-conveying element exhibits flexurally-rigid material behavior in the vicinity of the dough-supporting region and resiliently-extensible material behavior in the vicinity of the at least one lateral region.

Vaccine adjuvant compositions
Embodiments described herein relate to combinatorial compositions and uses thereof, for example, as vaccine adjuvant compositions, for enhancing immune response, for inducing differentiation of nave T cells to differentiate into IFN--producing T cells, and for preventing and treating infections. The combinatorial composition comprises TLR and CLR agonists. The combinatorial composition comprises at least one TLR4 agonist and at least one Dectin-1 agonist, wherein the at least TLR4 agonist is monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA) or glycopyranosyl lipid A (GLA), or the combinatorial composition comprises at least one TLR7/8 agonist and at least one Mincle agonist.
PERFECT COOKER FOR HYDRATED MILLED VEGETABLES
A method and apparatus for cooking food products collectively called Codou (cooked dough) from hydrated milled vegetables, water, optional salt; and wrapping material (for enhanced taste, and containment). The process undergoes three stages: (a) pre-cooking in the Cooking Mixture; (b) shaping and wrapping from the Sliding Tray using the Shaper/Wrapper unit; and (c) boiling in water in the Boiler unit. This apparatus being microprocessor-controlled allows for various types of the Codou to be cooked at the touch of a button. The process ensures that each type of Codou is cooked to a consistent texture, taste, look, and feel.

APPARATUS, METHOD FOR MAKING A PASTRY IN THE SHAPE OF A CONE, AND SAID PASTRY
Disclosed is an apparatus for making a pastry in the shape of a cone, including a base carrying a plate, a cone holder removably mounted on the plate, at least one conical mold removably mounted on the cone holder, and a guide to guide a tool for depositing a preparation intended forming the pastry. The guide and cone holder are arranged so the depositing tool and the conical mold move with respect to each other to deposit, on the mold, the preparation to become the pastry to obtain at least one cone of the preparation formed around the conical mold. Also disclosed are equipment including the apparatus and the depositing tool, a method for making a pastry in the shape of a cone from a preparation intended to become the pastry by using the apparatus or the equipment, as well as the pastry in the shape of a cone.
EXTRUDER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF EXTRUDING A MELTABLE MATERIAL USING THE EXTRUDER ASSEMBLY
An extruder assembly has a frame with upstream and downstream ends. A barrel assembly on the frame has a passage. At least one material advancing component resides at least partially within the passage and is configured to be turned around an operating axis to thereby cause material to be conveyed from a passage inlet to a passage outlet. A drive assembly turns the at least one material advancing component around its operating axis and has a motor on the frame situated so that at least a part of the motor is in lengthwise overlapping relationship with the barrel assembly. The drive assembly is configured to turn the one material advancing component around its operating axis at a speed of at least 300 rpm.
Dough Stretcher
A dough stretcher comprising a drive shaft mounted to rotate on a vertical system axis and a mechanism for rotating the drive shaft at a speed in the range of between 40 RPM and 100 RPM. The bottom end of a lower platen shaft is attached to the drive shaft to extend upwardly an angle of from 1 to 4 from the system axis. The lower platen is mounted to the top end of the lower platen shaft so that it rotates perpendicularly about the lower platen shaft. An upper platen is mounted above the lower platen to reciprocate vertically to the lower platen. In operation, as the upper platen is lowered, it touches the dough on the lower platen. As the lower platen gyrates, the upper platen flattens the dough and pushes it outwardly toward the edge.
