WEIGHING, CUTTING AND ARRANGING SYSTEM
A weighing, cutting and arranging system according to the present invention has a feeding section in which multiple rows of band-like dough are fed; a weighing and cutting section in which the dough of each row is cut so as to have a predetermined weight; and a discharging section in which cut doughs of the multiple rows are discharged in a single line. Each row of the weighing and cutting section has a shorter upstream conveyor with a weighing function, a longer downstream conveyor with a weighing function disposed downstream of the upstream conveyor, and a cutting device disposed upstream of and adjacent to the upstream conveyor. One of the multiple rows is defined as a reference row. After the cut doughs of the all rows are stopped at outlets of the respective downstream conveyors, the cut dough of the reference row is discharged.
Product Multiplying System and Method of Multiplying a Product
A product multiplying system or a multiplier may divide a product into a plurality of units and may increase a number of units of the product that may be released into a receptacle. The product multiplying system or a multiplier may increase the number of units of the product by a factor of two and may not jam the products. The product multiplying system or a multiplier may match a rate of cuts per minute of a first divider and a second divider. A first set and a second set of a plurality of diagonal channels may guide the product toward a center discharge guide and toward an outside discharge guide, respectively. Additionally, the product may be divided and rounded prior to being transferred to the multiplier where the product may be dusted.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A BISCUIT
Described herein is a method for the production of a biscuit, including preparing a biscuit dough; and forming a biscuit body with the biscuit dough. The method is characterized in that preparing the biscuit dough includes preparing a liquid biscuit dough and in that forming the biscuit body includes: spraying the liquid biscuit dough onto a supporting surface so as to cover at least one portion of the supporting surface with a layer of the liquid dough that has an outer contour of predefined shape; and baking the sprayed layer of the liquid dough that covers the supporting surface so as to solidify it and obtain the biscuit body.
Dough portioning device
A dough portioning device comprises a metering device with a container configured to receive a supply of dough, and a separator configured to separate a defined quantity of dough from the supply of dough and to discharge the quantity of dough at a discharge end of the metering device in a discharge direction. The dough portioning device furthermore comprises a conveyor device configured to transport dough in a conveying direction, wherein the conveyor device comprises a conveyor belt, and is arranged below the discharge end of the metering device. The conveyor device furthermore comprises a belt guide configured to bend/fold lateral sections of the conveyor belt relative to a middle section in a direction towards the metering device. The middle section of the conveyor belt has a declivity relative to the discharge end of the metering device, at least in a section in the region of the metering device.
Dough portioning device
A dough portioning device comprises a metering device with a container configured to receive a supply of dough, and a separator configured to separate a defined quantity of dough from the supply of dough and to discharge the quantity of dough at a discharge end of the metering device in a discharge direction. The dough portioning device furthermore comprises a conveyor device configured to transport dough in a conveying direction, wherein the conveyor device comprises a conveyor belt, and is arranged below the discharge end of the metering device. The conveyor device furthermore comprises a belt guide configured to bend/fold lateral sections of the conveyor belt relative to a middle section in a direction towards the metering device. The middle section of the conveyor belt has a declivity relative to the discharge end of the metering device, at least in a section in the region of the metering device.
Ball-Shaped Food Forming Machine
A ball-shaped food forming machine includes a casing, a pair of sheet-forming rollers, a sheet guide, a cutter roller, a cutter blade, a first ball-forming roller and a second ball-forming roller. The casing includes a receiving chamber. The sheet-forming rollers define a sheet-forming gap therebetween. The sheet guide has a cutting end. The cutter blade is disposed on the cutter roller and rotate along with the cutter roller. When the cutter blade rotated to a first position, a distal end of the cutter blade is right adjacent to the cutting end of the sheet guide. The first and second ball-forming rollers define a plurality of ball-forming gaps therebetween. The first ball-forming roller is closer to the cutter blade than the second ball-forming roller. Thereby, a food slug can be efficiently formed into ball-shaped food.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FORMING AND DIVIDING OF AT LEAST ONE STRING-SHAPED PASTY FOODSTUFF INTO SLICE-SHAPED PRODUCTS
Device for forming and dividing of at least one string-shaped pasty foodstuff into slice-shaped products, with a forming nozzle for extruding the string-shaped foodstuff along a conveying direction through a nozzle opening, which determines the thickness of the slice-shaped product, at least one forming plate that is arranged downstream of the forming nozzle and that can be displaced during extrusion with at least one positioning element in at least one component transversally to the conveying direction, and with a control unit that controls the positioning element synchronously to the extrusion velocity in a way that the at least one forming plate forms a longitudinal contour of the slice-shaped product variably during extrusion.
Biscuit dough
The present disclosure relates to a dough for producing a biscuit having a slowly-digestible-starch-over-total-available-starch ratio of at least 31%, the biscuit comprising at least 29 wt % cereal flour, 5 to 22 wt % fat and at most 30 wt % sugar relative to the total weight of the biscuit, the dough comprising: cereal flour, fat, sugar and added water; and wherein the added water is in an amount of at most 8 wt % relative to the weight of dough.
Apparatus and method for preparing spherical shaped products
Apparatus and process for producing and discharging spherically shaped products from a pasty material. The apparatus includes a feed device for moving the pasty material along a conveyor path, a portioning device connected downstream of the feed device for shaping the pasty material into balls, and a transport device for discharging the balls produced by means of the portioning device. The portioning device has an outlet opening having a plurality of outlets for the balls to be shaped, arranged in mutually juxtaposed relationship so that the delivered products touch each other or are arranged in closely mutually juxtaposed relationship, and the portioning device and the transport device are so arranged relative to each other that regions of the transport device in the transport direction provide an abutment function for the balls which are to be oriented in mutually juxtaposed relationship in a row substantially transversely relative to the transport direction.
