Bicycle wheels
A wheel for use with a bicycle includes a hub for mounting the wheel to a bicycle. The wheel includes a rim about which a tire is mountable and a plurality of spokes that extend between the hub and the rim. The rim and/or one or more of the spokes have a leading and/or trailing edge, at least part of which has an undulating configuration.

BICYCLE RIM
A bicycle rim comprises a radially outer peripheral part, a radially inner peripheral part, at least one sidewall, and at least one cover member. The at least one side wall radially extends between the radially outer peripheral part and the radially inner peripheral part. The at least one side wall comprises at least one opening. The at least one cover member covers the at least one opening, and the at least one cover member comprises a metallic material.
GEAR DRIVEN BY WOBBLE MOVEMENT AND VEHICLE WITH THIS GEAR
The gear driven by wobble movement contains an ergonomic pendulum (D), a centric disk (C) and a flywheel (A) which have a common axis (S) of rotation. In the axis (S) of rotation a shaft (H) is placed which is rigidly joined to the pendulum (D). The mutual concentric position of the centric disk (C) and the flywheel (A) is delimitated by one planet disk (B) at least which contacts the outer periphery of the centric disk (C) and the internal periphery of the flywheel (A) and is joined rotatably to the supporting structure (T). The supporting structure (T) is fixed to the linked structure which fixes the supporting structure (T), together with the planet disk (B), against rotation with respect to the axis (S) of rotation. Between the shaft (H) and the flywheel (A) a first freewheel (VI) is situated while between the shaft (H) and the centric disk (C) a second freewheel (V2) is situated. The senses of rotation of the freewheels (VI and V2) are different. The vehicle comprising this gear has a linked structure to which the supporting structure (T) is fastened, having the form of the frame (U). To it the wheel (K) or the pair of wheels (K) are fastened.
Method for Color Register Spraying of Hub
The present invention provides a method for color register spraying of a hub, which includes machining and turning for glossy finish after spraying a black paint on the surface of a hub, and then spraying a color transparent paint onto the hub. The method provided by the invention achieves a spraying-based color register effect through spraying of the color transparent paint, which greatly improves the production efficiency and is available for batch production.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TIRE RIMS CONFIGURED TO RECEIVE GRAVITY-BASED DEVICES
Systems and methods for accommodating gravity based devices within wheel rims. An exemplary method includes identifying a number of the gravity based devices to be contained within the wheel, identifying a type of each of the gravity based devices to be contained within the wheel, identifying, based on the type and the number of the gravity based devices, a location where each of the gravity based devices are to be installed within the wheel (i.e., the air hole locations), and generating holes in the rim, where the number of the holes equals the number of the gravity based devices, and where for each air hole location in the air hole locations a single hole in the holes is generated
COMBINED MOTOR ROTOR AND WHEEL RIM ASSEMBLY
A wheel assembly for a vehicle may include a rim on which a tire is mountable, and an electric motor assembly operably coupled to the rim. The electric motor assembly may include a rotor, a stator and power electronics. The electric motor assembly may be operably coupled to a battery of the vehicle to provide motive force to the rim to rotate the tire with the rim responsive to application of a rotating electric field in the stator that causes corresponding rotation of the rotor under control of the power electronics. The rim and the rotor are integrally formed as a combined assembly without any fastening means therebetween.
