WALKING AXLE FOR A SPREADER SPRAYER MACHINE
A spreader sprayer system includes a frame member defining a frame body that has a first side, a second side, a front portion, and a rear portion, a first walking member pivotably coupled to the first side of the frame body, a second walking member pivotably coupled to the second side, a first and second plurality of drive wheels, and at least one spray container. The first plurality of drive wheels are disposed on the first side of the frame body and are operatively coupled to the first walking member. The second plurality of drive wheels are disposed on the second side of the frame body and are operatively coupled to the second walking member. Each spray container is coupled to at least one of the first walking member or the second walking member.
Bogie axle system
A bogie axle system having a slew bearing assembly that pivotally couples a chain housing to an axle housing. The slew bearing assembly includes a plurality of bearing elements that are received in a bearing groove of a spindle and that are disposed between the spindle and an outer race.
EMERGENCY TRAILER WHEEL ASSEMBLY
An emergency trailer wheel assembly for temporarily replacing a trailer wheel includes a frame member with a mounting bracket attached on a first end of the frame member and configured for attaching to a leaf spring of a trailer and a wheel rotatably attached to a second end of the frame member.

Efficient wheel
An electrical passenger car, the car including: an electrically driven motor; and wheels, where the wheels include a first wheel, a second wheel, a third wheel, and a fourth wheel, where the first wheel and the second wheel have a radius 20 percent larger than the third wheel and the fourth wheel, where the electrical passenger car includes a total weight, where the electrical passenger car includes a center of gravity designed so that greater than 50% of said total weight will be over the first wheel and the second wheel, and where the electrical passenger car is designed to travel for a greater distance for the same axial to wheel friction energy loss than a passenger car having wheels of a smaller radius.

AXLE FOR RAIL VEHICLES
Axle for rail vehicles, made of heat-treated material, wherein in all cylindrical parts (2a) and the transitional parts (2b) along the entire length (L) of the axle (1) surface the axle (1) surface is formed by a reinforced, inductively hardened layer (2) having of uniform depth from the axle (1) surface and this inductively hardened layer (2) continues with a transition layer (3) with a gradually decreasing gradient of reinforcing. Transition layer (3) depth is equal to at least 1.5 times of the depth of the inductively hardened layer (2).
Axles, such as for bicycles
A suspension for a two-wheeled vehicle includes first and second fork legs. Each fork leg includes a dropout. Each dropout has an opening therethrough. At least a portion of one of the openings is threaded. Each of the dropouts includes a split-damp pinch bearing defining the opening and operable between an open position and a locked position, and a hand operable actuator pivoted to the bearing for operation thereof. The suspension further includes a one-piece axle. The axle is disposed through the openings. The axle has a threaded first end engaged with the threaded portion. The axle has an ergonomic grip formed at a second end. The bearing tightly engages an outer surface of the axle in the locked position, thereby rotationally coupling the axle to the dropout.
Central tire inflation system rotary air union
A central tire inflation system for maintaining tire inflation on a vehicle is provided. The central tire inflation system includes a rotary union assembly having a housing that is coupled to and rotates with the hubcap. The housing is rotationally coupled to a stationary shaft. A flexible torque transfer shaft is connected to the stationary shaft on one end and to an axle plug on the other end. The axle plug has a hub forming a bore where the hub is movable on a web of material. The flexible torque transfer shaft and hub have cooperative non-circular shapes to resist rotation. An air vent is provided in the rotary union assembly that is isolated from the lubrication area, which inhibits the pressurized air from the central tire inflation system from pressurizing the lubrication area.
