Tire marking apparatus
This tire marking apparatus is a tire marking apparatus for performing marking in a tire. The tire marking apparatus includes a disk part having a central axis that is adjusted substantially perpendicularly to a printing surface of the tire; a plurality of printing parts that are provided in the disk part so as to be capable of moving forward and backward with respect to the printing surface and are arranged around the central axis; and a printing driving unit that moves at least one printing part arranged at a printing position that faces the printing surface of the tire forward.
Pneumatic tire
One of sidewalls of a pneumatic tire is engraved with a two-dimensional code on a side rubber surface. The two-dimensional code is formed of a dot pattern made up of two types of gray scale elements distinguishable from each other by irregularities on the surface. The side rubber has a thickness at an engraving position of the two-dimensional code from 110 to 150% the average thickness of the entire side rubber.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes a pair of sidewall portions. At least one of the pair of sidewall portions is provided with circumferentially spaced protrusions protruding axially outwardly. Each of the protrusions includes a first end in a tire circumferential direction and a recess extending in the tire circumferential direction from the first end and having a terminal end terminating within the protrusion.

TIRE
Provided is a tire that prevents a polyurethane foam layer from discoloring to brown. A tire comprises: a polyurethane foam layer laminated on an outer layer of the tire with a barrier layer therebetween, wherein the polyurethane foam layer contains a polyurethane foam, and the barrier layer is formed from a rubber composition containing butyl rubber as a rubber component.
TIRE
In one aspect of a tire (10) of the present invention, a plurality of carcass plies (50a) include a first carcass ply (51). A first end portion (51a), which is a distal end portion of a portion of the first carcass ply folded around the bead core, is located outside in a tire radial direction from a position (WL) where a dimension in a tire width direction is maximum, and is located at a boundary portion (14) between a tread portion (11) and a sidewall portion (12), and in the portion located outside in the tire radial direction from the position where the dimension in the tire width direction is maximum, a dimension (T5) in a tire thickness direction between the portion of the first carcass ply folded around the bead core and an outer surface (12a) of the tire in the tire width direction is maximum between the first end portion and the outer surface of the tire in the tire width direction.

STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MARKING TIRES
A non-pneumatic or pneumatic tire includes an area for tire indicia or markings. The tire includes a hub region and a tread layer. The tread layer of the tire has a shoulder with a cut out extending either partially or entirely around the shoulder of the tire tread layer. The angle of the notched or beveled portion is 45-135° with respect to an axial direction along the tread layer shoulder, and at least one indicia disposed on the at least one flat surface. The placement of the markings may be radially along the surface of the cut out portion or axially along the surface of the cut out portion. The markings may be recessed, stamped, molded, painted or applied with ink to the cut out portion. Alternatively, the indicia or marking may be applied to a decal and applied to the cut out portion.
Tire for two-wheeled automotive vehicle
In a tire 2, each of sidewalls 6 includes a first layer 36 disposed axially outward of a corresponding one of beads 8, and a second layer 38 extending outward from the first layer 36 in a radial direction. When Pc represents a position of an axially outer end of an interface between a carcass 10 and the sidewall 6, an outer end 40 of the first layer 36 is disposed radially inward of the position Pc. A hardness H1 of the first layer 36 is greater than a hardness H2 of the second layer 38. A ratio (H2/H1) of the hardness H2 to the hardness H1 is preferably not less than 0.70 and preferably not greater than 0.95.
Pneumatic tire and pneumatic tire molding
A pneumatic tire includes a carcass layer that has a toroidal shape and extends between a pair of bead portions, a sidewall portion, one of the pair of bead portions being provided at an inner end of the sidewall portion in a tire radial direction TR, and a mark formed in an outer surface of the sidewall portion. The mark includes a protruded portion provided in the outer surface of the sidewall portion and recessed inward in a tire width direction, and a mark body defined by the protruded portion. The surface of the mark body coincides with a reference surface corresponding to the outer surface of the sidewall portion.
