Flat Tire Repair Liquid Container
A puncture repair liquid holding container formed from a container main body provided with a holding portion and opening portion, and a cap attached to the opening portion, includes: a first flow channel for the cap to introduce compressed air from outside the container, where the first flow channel is configured from a straight portion and branched portion, a closing plug having a shape that blocks the straight portion is slidably inserted in the straight portion, and switching is possible between a closed condition where the closing plug is positioned above the branched portion or closer to an opening end side of the straight portion than the branched portion such that the first flow channel is closed, and an opened portion where the closing plug is positioned more to a closing end side of the straight portion than the branched portion such that the first flow channel is opened.
Methods and Systems for Automatic Condition Analysis of Vehicle Tires
Examples embodiments relate to techniques for automatic condition analysis of vehicle tires. A robotic device may initially obtain air pressure data corresponding to a vehicle tire from a first sensor and perform a first comparison between an air pressure level of the vehicle tire and a threshold air pressure level. Responsive to the air pressure level of the vehicle tire exceeding the threshold air pressure level, the robotic device may use a mechanical manipulator to rotate the vehicle tire and obtain sensor data representing an outer surface of the vehicle tire during rotation from a second sensor. The robotic device may then perform a second comparison between sensor data representing the outer surface of the vehicle tire and a model for the vehicle tire. The robotic device may then use the second comparison to generate a diagnostic output that represents a condition of the vehicle tire.
TIRE-REPAIRING CONNECTOR
A tire-repairing connector includes a main body and an insertion tube. The main body has a connecting end and a second end. The main body is provided therein with a gas inlet channel extending through the connecting end. The insertion tube is provided with a gas passage therein. One end of the insertion tube is provided in the second end of the main body, with the gas passage in communication with the gas inlet channel. The other end of the insertion tube is a pointed end with a clamping groove having an opening. The clamping groove is configured to hold a tire plug. The insertion tube and the tire plug held in the clamping groove can be inserted into a puncture in a tire to repair the puncture, and the tire can be inflated directly through the tire-repairing connector.
Tire testing apparatus
Provided is a tire testing apparatus capable of accurately and easily measuring a load which a tire receives from a road surface. The tire testing apparatus includes a plate buried in a road surface with which a tire is in contact, at least one ground-contact-force sensor measuring a ground-contact force during a contact of the tire, and at least one plate sensor measuring a load applied to the plate. According to the tire testing device, a ground-contact force of the tire can be measured by the ground-contact-force sensor and a load which the tire applies to the plate can be measured by the plate sensor.
Currency operated tire inflation and repair apparatus and methods
The present disclosure provides tire repair assemblies that can include: a tire sealant tank; an air assembly coupled to the tire sealant tank; a valve configured to control fluid communication between the tank and the air assembly; and a currency operating assembly configured to control the valve. Methods for repairing tires are also provided with the methods including providing tire sealant to a tire from a tire repair assembly upon depositing currency in the tire repair assembly. Stand alone currency operated tire repair assemblies are also provided with the assemblies including: a tire sealant tank; an air compressor operatively coupled to the tank; a valve operatively aligned between the tank and the air compressor; a flow meter operatively aligned between the tank and the air compressor; and computer processing circuitry operatively coupled to the air compressor, the valve, and the flow meter.
Device for assembling-disassembling a tyred wheel, as well as machine comprising such a device
The present invention concerns a device for assembling-disassembling a tired wheel (TW) comprising a support component, an extension or stem component connected to the support component, a working tool articulated to the extension or stem component and actuation means intended to drive the sliding of the extension or stem component with respect to the support component.
Sensor device for tire inspection
A sensor device is provided for use in tire inspection. The sensor device is configured for removable placement along the inner surface of a tire. The sensor device has a profile that allows placement of one or more sensors in close proximity to the inner surface of the tire. The profile allows the sensor device to be used with a variety of tire sizes and shapes.
GROUP FOR SUPPORTING AND TIGHTENING A RIM OF OR FOR A TIRED WHEEL
The present invention regards a group for supporting and tightening a rim of or for a tired wheel, and such group includes a base, a wheel-holder table, an upright or column projecting upward from the base and supporting at the top the wheel-holder table, a shaft or pin mounted in or alongside the upright or column, a sleeve element or ring nut element constrainable or mountable on the shaft or pin and means for the relative movement of the shaft or pin and of the table.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRACKING VEHICLE TIRES IN A SERVICE SHOP ENVIRONMENT
A system and method for utilizing identification data from RFID tags, engraved QR codes, or embossed serial numbers associated with individual tires or vehicles to monitor or track the physical location and/or condition of individual tires and/or a vehicle across multiple pieces of automotive service equipment within the service shop environment. Tire and/or vehicle identification data is communicated from automotive service equipment to a cloud-based data processing application to generate or supplement an accessible record or log of data associated with one or more pieces of automotive service equipment, a vehicle service shop, an individual tire, a vehicle, or a customer.
