DISPOSABLE TIRE GRIPPING SYSTEM
A plurality of disposable single fabricated piece tire grips with friction contact surfaces and cable ties ratchet mounted on wheel contact surfaces of tires mounted on wheel hubs with openings allowing the grips to secure there through for easy application and fits all tires regardless of size.
Tire chain installation tool
The tool includes an elongate rigid bar with fixed chain leaders extending from the bar near ends of the bar. A removable chain leader is provided between these two fixed chain leaders. In one form of the invention, the bar is hollow and a pin translates within this hollow core. A slot in the bar allows a proximal link of the removable chain leader to pass into the hollow core of the bar where the pin can removably capture this proximal link. Because the removable chain leader is provided on the bar, it can initially be captured to the bar for use along with the fixed chain leaders to position a tire chain onto a dual wheel pair. Then, the removable leader can be removed from the bar and act as a handle on a middle elongate section of the tire chain to assist in connection thereof.
TIRE CHAIN ATTACHMENT DETERMINATION DEVICE
A tire chain attachment determination device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires vibration information on a vibration of a vehicle detected by a vibration detection unit provided in the vehicle; and a determination unit that determines whether or not a tire chain is attached to the vehicle based on a frequency characteristic of the vibration of the vehicle using the vibration information.
TIRE-MOUNTED SENSOR AND CHAIN REGULATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A tire-mounted sensor is provided to check whether a chain is attached or not so that a monitor person manages a chain regulation based on a check result. Specifically, a communication center is notified of a vehicle in violation which is not in compliance with the chain regulation. Based on violation information which is communicated to the communication center, the monitor person easily identifies the vehicle which is in violation. In addition, whether the chain regulation is complied with or violated is stored in a memory circuit unit of the tire-mounted sensor as tire state data. When the monitor person sends an instruction command by using a tool, the tire state data is transmitted from the tire-mounted sensor to the tool. It is thus made possible for the monitor person to confirm whether the vehicle is in violation or not by simply referring to the tool.

A VEHICULAR LADDER
A vehicular ladder including a body comprising a first plastic and one or more first teeth arranged on the body, wherein the one or more first teeth include a second plastic that is different to the first plastic, and the body is moulded around portions of the one or more first teeth.
Vehicle tire
A vehicle wheel includes a rim, an inflatable tire, a grounding tire, and a safety unit. The rim includes two tire engagement portions spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction. The inflatable tire is mounted around the rim and includes an inner annular bottom wall and two inner annular sidewalls respectively on left and right sides of the inner annular bottom wall. Each inner annular sidewall includes an inner side having a lip pressing against one of the tire engagement portions of the rim. The grounding tire is mounted around the inflatable tire and includes an outer annular bottom wall capable of rolling contact with the ground. The safety unit is sandwiched between the inflatable tire and the grounding tire to couple the inflatable tire and the grounding tire together, permitting synchronously rotation of the inflatable tire and the grounding tire while increasing the anti-slipping effect.
Sliding tire-chain hanger system and method
A tire-chain hanger system includes a bracket, at least one track-support member, at least one chain-support member and a roller assembly including at least two support-brackets and at least one bearing. The A tire-chain hanger system is useful for providing a sliding tire-chain hanger system for improved tire-chain removal and installation.

CLEANING DEVICE, METHOD AND USE FOR CLEANING A PIPE
The cleaning device is for cleaning the inner surface of pipes. The method is for manufacturing the cleaning device and the use is of a vehicle anti-skid chain for cleaning the inner surface of a pipe. The cleaning device has a sleeve, to which are attached studded chains composed of steel links and surface hardened.
