Gangway with crimping element attachment for a multi-car vehicle
A gangway for a multi-car vehicle has a bellows attached to an endframe and a crimping element attached to the endframe. The crimping element has a crimping mouth. A part of the bellows is inserted into and held inside the crimping mouth. The crimping mouth is defined by two sidewalls arranged next to each other and joined together at one of their ends by a bottom wall, and not joined together at opposite ends to provide an opening of the crimping mouth. The crimping mouth causes the part of the bellows that is held inside the crimping mouth to be pinched together, and is of a material having spring properties such that one of the side walls can be moved away from the other one of the side walls only by tensioning the side walls against a restoring force provided by the spring properties of the crimping element.
VULCANIZATION BONDING INSTEAD OF SEAM
A bellows, as gangway protection for a transitional bridge between two movably connected wagon bodies of a multi-part vehicle or between two movably connected portions of a passenger bridge or passenger stairs, has a roof and two side walls arranged opposite one another. The two side walls or the roof or a connecting region between one of the two side walls and the roof each have a plurality of folds or corrugations. The plurality of folds or corrugations include at least a first blank and a second blank connected to the first blank made of a flexible sheet material, and the first blank and the second blank are at least partially materially bonded to one another.
Device for supporting cables for articulated vehicles
Described is a device for supporting cables for articulated vehicles, designed for installation close to a connecting compartment between two adjacent units of an articulated vehicle, including at least one flexible connecting element fixed to the two units and formed by a series of plates connected to each other by interposing deformable laminar elements consisting of elastic metal elements which allow the elastic deformation of the flexible connecting element, and a series of cable-holder elements joined to respective plates of the flexible connecting element to each define at least one receiving seat provided for housing at least one cable, with supporting means for supporting the flexible connecting element containing the cables.
Cornerpiece of a convolute of a bellows of a gangway and method for producing such a cornerpiece
The invention relates to a cornerpiece (3) of a convolute (2) of a bellows (1) of a gangway, the cornerpiece (3) extending from a first end (7) intended to be connected to a further part of the convolute (2) to a second end (8) intended to either be connected to a further part of the convolute (2) or to serve as an end of the convolute, wherein the cornerpiece (3) at least for a part of its extend from the first end (7) to the second end (8) has the shape of a trough that is bent into an arc, wherein the trough has a bottom line (9) or a bottom area (18), wherein the cornerpiece (3) has a first piece (10) that is a cutaway from sheet material and has a second piece (11) that is a cutaway from sheet material, wherein the first piece (10) is joined to the second piece (11) along a line of connection (12), wherein the line of connection crosses the bottom line or the bottom area.

Treadplate for a floor of a gangway and gangway
A treadplate for a floor of a gangway the treadplate having a basic body of a first material, and a plurality of bones of a second material, wherein the bones are encapsulated by the first material, wherein the second material has a higher elastic modulus than the first material and/or the stiffness of at least one bone of the several bones is higher than the stiffness of the basic body.
Convolute for a gangway, bellows, and gangway
A convolute for a gangway, whereby the convolute extends from a first edge to a tip, and from the tip to a second edge, whereby the convolute has a bottom edge, whereby a gap filler is attached to the convolute in an area of the convolute that borders the bottom edge, whereby the gap filler has a flexible section that protrudes downwards from the bottom edge.
