A transfer apparatus for transferring a dough piece from a first processing station to the next, especially from a dough portioning device to a dough kneading device, includes a rotating dropping roller and a scraper. The rotating dropping roller is configured to release the dough piece from the first processing station. The scraper is associated with the dropping roller and is configured to support the dough piece released from the dropping roller. An oiling device is associated with the dropping roller and is configured to apply oil onto an outside surface of the dropping roller.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR QUICK AND PRECISE DOSING OF WATER
The present disclosure provides an apparatus for dispensing liquid. The apparatus includes a container having an inlet for receiving liquid and an outlet for dispensing liquid. A valve is mounted to the outlet and operable between an opened position and a closed position for regulating flow of the dispensed liquid. A load sensor is adapted to support the container for measuring weight of the container and electronically coupled to control module. The control module is used to control operation of the valve between the opened position and the closed position for dispensing predetermined volume of liquid from the container in a plurality of modes based on readings from the load sensor and predetermined duration of time determined by the control module for dispensing predetermined volume of liquid accurately and precisely.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus for dispensing liquid. The apparatus includes a container having an inlet for receiving liquid and an outlet for dispensing liquid. A valve is mounted to the outlet and operable between an opened position and a closed position for regulating flow of the dispensed liquid. A load sensor is adapted to support the container for measuring weight of the container and electronically coupled to control module.
