Hanger for axle/suspension systems
A hanger for axle/suspension systems of a heavy-duty vehicle includes an outboard wall spaced apart from an inboard wall. The outboard wall is connected to the inboard wall via a front wall. The outboard wall and the inboard wall are formed with an aligned opening extending through the outboard wall and the inboard wall. A top plate connected to the inboard wall, the outboard wall and the front wall. The top plate is formed with at least one circular opening or laterally oriented oblong-round opening and at least one laterally slotted opening. A fastener is disposed through the at least one circular opening or oblong-round opening. A second fastener is disposed through the at least one laterally slotted opening for mounting the hanger to a frame of the heavy-duty vehicle.
WRAP AROUND AXLE CONNECTION FOR SUSPENSION TRAILING ARM
A vehicle suspension is provided, including an axle having an axle body with an exterior surface, a main trailing arm shell portion having a first axle engagement surface configured for engaging a first portion of the exterior surface, and a second trailing arm shell portion having a second axle engagement surface configured for engaging a second portion of the exterior surface. Upon assembly to the axle, the main trailing arm shell portion and the second trailing arm shell portion engage more than 180° of a curvature of the exterior surface.

Axle arrangement for an agricultural baler
An axle arrangement for a baler having a chassis includes a first axle having opposite ends and a pair of suspension cylinders, with each suspension cylinder positioned at a corresponding end of the first axle to accommodate generally vertical loads. The first axle is coupled with the chassis to accommodate generally horizontal loads. A second axle has opposite ends and a pair of suspension cylinders, with each suspension cylinder positioned at a corresponding end of the second axle to accommodate generally vertical loads. The second axle is coupled with the first axle to accommodate generally horizontal loads.
Vehicle rigid axle and method of manufacturing same
A vehicle rigid axle with an axle beam, at the ends of which axle journals or wheel carriers, are arranged, and trailing arms rigidly attached with a spring bracket for supporting an air-suspension bellow, and a method for manufacturing the vehicle rigid axle. An axle beam section extending between the trailing arms, a trailing arm adjoining the axle beam section and the spring bracket are formed by two shell elements connected to each other, which form a hollow body. In an embodiment, the spring bracket is formed by a lower shell element forming an axle beam section extending between the two trailing arms, and the spring bracket is arranged so that the air-suspension bellow mounted on the spring bracket is penetrated by the central longitudinal axis of the axle beam section. Two shell elements made of sheet metal are formed and joined together to form a hollow body.
SPINDLE SYSTEM FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT CORRECTION WITH BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
A spindle sleeve and washer for adjusting the camber, toe, or thrust angle of a vehicle wheel to a desired predetermined angle which allows for use of existing hub and spindle assembly without permanent modification to the vehicle.
TELESCOPING AXLE FOR A VEHICLE
A telescoping axle includes an elongated center tubular base axle section for supporting a farm implement and receiving in telescopic relation an elongated tubular outer axle section which receives in telescopic relation an elongated tubular inner axle section. Each axle section is preferably rectangular or square in cross section with the outer and inner axle sections each supporting a horizontal wheel axle. An elongated actuator connects the inner axle section to the outer axle section for moving the inner axle section and outer axle section between a retracted position within the base axle section and an extended position projecting from opposite ends of the base axle section. The axis of each axle is preferably above the base axle section, additional axle sections may be used and the axles may be made steerable.

Axle alignment system
An axle alignment system for an axle assembly. The axle alignment system may include a bracket assembly and an alignment plate. The alignment plate may be moveably disposed on the bracket assembly with one or more fasteners that may move along one or more slots that may be provided with the bracket assembly and/or the alignment plate.
