Joint for mounting an elongate element to a structural element in a vehicle
A joint for mounting an elongate element to a structural element in a vehicle, comprising a first and a second clamping portion, tightening elements configured to tighten the first and second clamping portions towards each other so that when the elongate element is arranged between the first and second clamping portions, the elongate element becomes clamped, a first and a second support portion, wherein the first and second support portions are spaced from each other and extend from the first clamping portion to the second clamping portion, wherein when the elongate element is arranged between the first and second clamping portions and the tightening elements tighten the first and second clamping portions, then at least one of the first and second clamping portions is configured to press at least one of the support portions towards the other one so that the elongate element becomes laterally contacted.
FABRICATED AXLE SEAT ASSEMBLY
Axle seat assemblies and methods of manufacturing thereof, are provided for attachment to an axle body (15). The axle seat assembly may be comprised of a first piece (42) and a second piece (50). The first piece (42) may have a first wall, a second wall and a first axle seat piece engagement portion providing a first engagement surface. The second piece (50) may have a third wall and a second axle seat piece engagement portion providing a second engagement surface. The first wall and the second wall of the first piece are oriented to engage a front surface of an axle body and the third wall of the second piece is oriented to engage a rear surface (30) of an axle body. The first and second engagement surfaces of the respective first and second pieces of the axle seat assembly are positioned and configured to engage one another to removably and reversibly secure with the use of a fastener the first piece to the second piece to form an axle seat assembly.
Axle system having an axle lift kit and method of assembly
An axle system and a method of assembly. The axle system may include an axle lift kit. The axle lift kit may have a first bracket subassembly that may be fastened to the hanger bracket and a second bracket subassembly that may be fastened to first and second lateral sides of the trailing arm.
BEARING ARRANGEMENT FOR A SIDE STABILIZER OF A REAR POWER LIFT
A bearing arrangement is provided for a side stabilizer of a rear power lift for an agricultural utility vehicle. The arrangement includes a movable bearing and a bearing bracket for the bearing. The bearing bracket is disposable in an installed operating position to achieve a mechanical coupling of the bearing bracket with the rear power lift. An axle housing includes a central longitudinal axis for a rear axle of the utility vehicle. The bearing bracket has a bearing point for the movable bearing of the side stabilizer and is connected to the axle housing by a clamping force. The clamping force is oriented parallel to a traction force acting on the bearing point in the installed operating position.
Electric axle drivetrain assembly
An electric axle drivetrain assembly for use in a vehicle. The electric axle drivetrain assembly includes a motor that is drivingly connected to at least a portion of a differential assembly. Drivingly connected to ends of the differential assembly is a first axle half shaft and a second axle half shaft. At least a portion of a first and second wheel end assembly is connected to at least a portion of an end of the first and second axle half shafts opposite the differential assembly. A vehicle suspension system having a support member has a first hub carrier portion connected to a first end portion thereof and a second hub carrier portion connected to a second end portion thereof. Connected to at least a portion of a chassis is the motor and/or the differential assembly.
Axle suspension system having a shear bolt
A shear bolt and an axle suspension system having a shear bolt. The shear bolt may have a shear head and an enlarged head. The shear head may be configured to detach from the shear bolt. The enlarged head may have first and second protrusions that may be grasped by a tool in a manner that prevents tightening of the shear bolt.
Working machine and a method for suspending a working machine
The invention relates to a working machine comprising a working machine frame, at least one propulsion axle having an elongated main body comprising a first end portion, a second end portion and a center portion arranged between the first and second end portions. The elongated main body has a main body length (MBL) extending from the first end portion to the second end portion. The working machine further comprises a propulsion axle suspension arrangement arranged between the working machine frame and the propulsion axle, the propulsion axle suspension arrangement comprising a first suspension device and a second suspension device arranged on opposite sides of a center of the elongated main body. The first and second suspension devices are arranged in the center portion of the elongated main body.

Axle arrangement for an agricultural baler
An axle arrangement for a baler includes a first axle, a second axle, and a pair of elongate members. The first axle has first and second ends. First and second suspension cylinders are positioned at the first and second ends. The first axle is coupled with the chassis. The second axle has first and second ends. First and second suspension cylinders are positioned at the first and second ends to accommodate generally vertical loads. A first elongate member interconnects the first end of the second axle with the first end of the first axle. A second elongate member interconnects the second end of the second axle with the second end of the first axle.
VEHICLE STEERING WHEELS SYSTEM
A steering wheel system for a semi-trailer is described. The system uses a retractable encoded system releasably connected to a kingpin, a mechanical steer driving system translating the rotation of the kingpin to a hydraulic system, and a non-circular cogged system driven by the hydraulic system adapted to steer the wheels. A hydraulic generator system powered by the rotation of the wheels is used to decrease the electric energy required by the hydraulic system. Other improvements are also present to increase security, decrease weight and improve time expectancy of the components.
