Device for conditioning baked goods
In some embodiments, a food conditioning apparatus is provided and comprises a heating chamber configured to receive food, a steam generator configured to generate steam for the chamber, at least one heating element configured to provide dry heat to the chamber and the food therein through at least one of radiation and convection, and a control system configured to automatically operate a sequence of at least two stages. At least one stage comprises the generating for the chamber during a first duration, and at least one other stage comprises providing dry heat to the chamber for a second duration.

An automatic sandwich machine is provided. The machine receives customer selections for a number of sandwiches and combinations of toppings and sauces, and allows the customer to make a payment for the sandwiches. The machine places a bread piece into a bread heater, and while the bread heater is heating the bread piece, sprays sauces according to the customer selection and prepares a pre-determined amount of toppings according to a customer selection, a pre-determined amount of sliced meat from a grilled sandwich cone, and a pre-determined amount of cheese. The machine places toppings, sliced meat, and cheese onto the bread piece. The machine then wraps the bread piece to obtain a sandwich. Thereafter, the machine roasts the sandwich and places it into a packet. Finally, the machine delivers the packet with the sandwich to the customer via an outlet.

Dispensing baked good container assembly and method
A dispensing baked good container assembly includes a container having a top and a bottom and having a cavity configured to hold baked good ingredients and configured to be opened. The dispensing baked good container assembly includes a pastry bag coupled to the container. The pastry bag is initially packed in the container and is configured to be contained in the cavity. The pastry bag is configured to be deployed after the container is opened. The pastry bag is open to the container such that items are configured to be passed from the cavity of the container into the pastry bag after being deployed for mixing and dispensing of the baked good ingredients from the pastry bag.
