SIGNALING ASSEMBLY FOR A DOOR LEAF, DOOR AND CORRESPONDING TRANSPORT VEHICLE
A signaling assembly for a door leaf of an access door to a transport vehicle, including a seal that has an attaching region intended to be received at least partially in the housing of a profile of the door leaf, as well as a lighting region, and means of lighting, able to illuminate the lighting region of the seal, in such a way as to emit at least one visual signal, in particular representative of the opened and/or closed state of the door. The assembly includes a locking key received at least partially in an interior volume of the seal, with the key being able to prevent a pulling off of the seal outside the profile along a transversal direction, in reference to the main direction of the seal, the means of lighting being fixed on the locking key.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR USE IN A STRIP ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT IN A STRIP ASSEMBLY
A mounting device is useable with a strip arrangement comprising a profile strip arrangeable or arranged at an edge area of a window pane of a motor vehicle and comprising a transport protection strip, wherein the transport protection strip is arranged at least with a portion of its cross section in a receiving area of the profile strip. The mounting device has a guide-in area configured to guide a free end of the strip arrangement into the mounting device, and a separation area configured to separate the transport protection strip from the profile strip.
SINGLE SHOT EXTRUSION OF GLASS RUN CHANNEL
A weather strip formed from at least two materials having distinct physical properties and a corresponding glass run channel. In particular, the weather strip includes a base portion and two sidewalls located on opposite edges of the base portion. The base portion and sidewalls each include a strip of first material and joints between the base portion and the sidewalls each include a strip of second material more flexible than the first material. The weather strip further includes at least one projection and the glass run channel includes at least one opening for establishing a press fit engagement with the at least one projection. In addition to the first two materials, the weather strip may also be formed of an additional third material having a low friction index and located to come into direct contact with a windowpane. The weather strip is co-extruded out of the first and second material.
Thermal caulking device
The first electrode section (7a) and the second electrode section (7b) are formed such that the outer portion connected to the upper portion of the heating section (6) is thinner than the inner portion connected to the lower portion of the heating section (6). The heating section (6) and the first electrode section (7a) are interconnected by an R-shaped first connecting portion (21). The inner circumferential sloping surface of the heating section (6) and the second electrode section (7b) are interconnected by an R-shaped second connecting portion (22). The first and second connecting portions (21)(22) are formed such that R becomes larger from the upper end to the lower end, where the upper portion is thin and the lower portion is thick. The thickness of an intermediate portion (6b) is smaller than the thicknesses of the first and second connecting portions (21)(22).
Meltblown-spunbonded-meltblown laminated fabric
There is disclosed a laminated, nonwoven fabric and a process for producing such a laminated, nonwoven fabric having desirable fluid holding and fluid release characteristics. The process provides that two sheets of meltblown fiber fabric are produced on forming wire assemblies, cooled at a cooling area, and are then laminated on opposite sides of a sheet of spunbonded fibers using to form the laminated, nonwoven fabric.
Seal with siding channel
A seal useful in sealing slide out rooms may be used singularly or in pairs to straddle a wall through which the opening is located. The seal includes a co-extruded block of deformable material in a channel. The channel is configured to receive the siding of an outer wall whereby the siding deforms the block of deformable material to create a seal inside the channel of the seal.

Method of Manufacturing A Window Seal Assembly With A Molded Bracket
A method of manufacturing a seal assembly for attachment to a vehicle having a securing point spaced from a vehicle point at a distance with an apparatus having first and second receptacles defining a cavity, and a bracket apparatus defining a bracket cavity, including: forming a first strip having a first body with first ends; forming a second strip having a second body with second ends; positioning one first end into the first receptacle with the first body adjacent to the bracket cavity; positioning one second end into the second receptacle; forming a molding bonding the strips together to define a mold point; forming a bracket with a receiver at a receiver point, and an interface bonded to the first body spaced such that a distance between the receiver point of the bonded bracket and the mold point is equal to the distance between the securing and vehicle points.
VEHICLE DOOR SEAL STRUCTURE
In a vehicle door seal structure in which an outer side weather strip whose tip end portion extends upward from a molding side base end portion toward a door window glass is formed integrally with a molding portion provided on a vehicle outer side of a belt line portion, at least an outer side weather strip positioned at the uppermost portion is configured such that a first hollow portion is formed from the base end portion to the tip end portion and a second hollow portion is formed below the first hollow portion at the base end portion.
Weather Strip Mounting Structure for Door in Vehicle
A vehicle includes a door and a door frame installed along a circumference of the door. An upper portion of the door frame is joined to an upper end portion of an inner panel. The upper end portion of the door frame is extended toward the inside of the vehicle to form a coupling portion. A weather strip is mounted on the inner panel along the circumference of the door, the weather strip being coupled to the coupling portion of the inner panel. A first coupling element by which one side of the weather strip is fixed is formed at the coupling portion and a second coupling element is coupled with the first coupling element at the coupling portion so that the weather strip is directly coupled with the door frame.
