Electrical machine
An electrical machine may include a comprise a rotor, a stator, a coolant distributor chamber and a coolant collector chamber. The rotor may be rotated about an axis of rotation that defines an axial direction of the electrical machine. The stator may comprise a plurality of stator windings. The coolant collector chamber may be axially arranged at a distance from the coolant distributor chamber. The coolant distributor chamber may communicate fluidically with the coolant collector chamber by way of least one cooling channel through which a coolant can flow. The at least one cooling channel and the at least one stator winding may be embedded in a plastic mass consisting of an electrically insulating plastic for thermal coupling to the coolant.
Bearing device for vehicle wheel, and vehicle provided with bearing device for vehicle wheel
A wheel support bearing assembly includes a wheel support bearing and a power unit. The power unit is that of an outer rotor design in which a stator is located at an outer periphery of the wheel support bearing and a rotor is located radially outward of the stator. A radial extension of the entire power unit is sized to be radially inward of a peripheral section of a brake rotor. An entirety of the power unit, excluding a mount part thereof to a hub flange, is sized to be situated in an axial range between the hub flange and a mount surface, on an inboard side of the wheel support bearing. The rotor includes an outer shell magnetic body, which is made from soft magnetic material and forms an outer shell of the power unit, and permanent magnets that are provided to the outer shell magnetic body.
Vehicle system with multiple electric drive axles
Methods and systems are provided for a vehicle system. In one example, the vehicle system includes a first electric drive axle assembly and a second electric drive axle assembly. Each of the first and second axle assemblies has a gear train with a planetary gear set axially offset from a motor-generator. Each planetary gear set is rotationally coupled to a differential.
Control device for fuel cell vehicle and fuel cell vehicle
A control device for a fuel cell vehicle includes a power limiter limiting power of a fuel cell when a temperature correlation value correlated to a temperature of the fuel cell indicates that the temperature is equal to or higher than a temperature threshold, a calculation unit calculating a weight of a towed vehicle, a gradient acquirer acquiring upward gradients at respective points on a planned traveling route, a predictor predicting whether the power of the fuel cell is limited when the fuel cell vehicle is traveling along the planned traveling route in a towing travel state, and a controller issuing, when the predictor predicts that the power of the fuel cell is limited, an alert that a vehicle speed of the fuel cell vehicle is expected to decrease when the fuel cell vehicle is traveling along the planned traveling route in the towing travel state.

Stator core, housing, motor cooling system of electric vehicle, and electric vehicle
This application provides a motor cooling system of an electric vehicle. In the cooling system, a coil cooling oil passage includes a first oil outlet that is at an end portion of a stator core. A core cooling oil passage and the coil cooling oil passage are sequentially connected. In this case, cooling oil first enters the core cooling oil passage, and then enters the coil cooling oil passage. The core cooling oil passage extends in a circumferential direction of the stator core. The coil cooling oil passage extends in an axial direction of the stator core. A power apparatus drives the cooling oil to enter the core cooling oil passage from an oil inlet, flow through the core cooling oil passage, and enters the coil cooling oil passage from an oil through port. The cooling oil flows back to an oil return groove from the first oil outlet.

All-wheel-drive electric vehicle
An all-wheel-drive electric vehicle includes one or more front electric motors, one or more rear electric motors, an accelerator sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, and a control unit. The one or more front electric motors are configured to directly drive front wheels. The one or more rear electric motors are configured to directly drive rear wheels. The accelerator sensor is configured to determine an operation amount of an accelerator. The vehicle speed sensor is configured to determine vehicle speed. The control unit is configured to control drive of the one or more front and rear electric motors based on the operation amount of the accelerator and the vehicle speed. The control unit is configured to change an allocation of driving force between the one or more front electric motors and the one or more rear electric motors with a bias toward the rear wheels in a case where the operation amount of the accelerator is increased at or above a predetermined rate in a state in which the vehicle speed is higher than or equal to a predetermined speed.
Drive Device for Electrically Driving a Motor Vehicle, in Particular a Passenger Vehicle
A drive device for driving wheels of a motor vehicle includes a housing, an electric machine with a stator and rotor, a first output shaft for driving a first wheel, and a second output shaft for driving a second wheel. Via a differential transmission, first and second planetary gearsets are drivable by the rotor. First and second differential shafts transfer drive power from the differential transmission to the first and second planetary gearsets. The first differential shaft is mounted rotatably on an input shaft via bearings and the rotor is connected non-rotationally to the input shaft. A stable and non-buckling bearing of the second differential shaft in relation to the rotor is carried out via further bearings arranged on the second differential shaft or in the first differential shaft. The further bearings are arranged spaced apart from one another at least at a distance of twice an average bearing diameter.
