THERMAL HYDRAULIC PROPULSION SYSTEM
A hydraulic propulsion system converts heat or thermal energy into hydraulic energy, and such hydraulic energy into mechanical work. The hydraulic propulsion system includes a thermal unit, a hydraulic cylinder with pistons and springs mounted therein, one or more hydraulic motors, one or more hydraulic accumulators, and one or more electrical energy generators, as well as a plurality of flow control valves to control the flow of hydraulic fluid between the various components. The hydraulic propulsion system may be enhanced by a sonic transmission unit including a sonic wave generator.
Drive Line Arrangement For A Self-Propelled Agricultural Product Applicator
A drive line arrangement for self-propelled agricultural product applicator includes an engine connected to a remotely mounted pump arrangement by a driveshaft that passes through an axle of a frame of the applicator. The axle includes an axle tube extending transversely across the frame and defining front and rear facing surfaces of the axle tube, and a tubular-shaped tunnel fixedly attached to and extending through the axle from the front to the rear facing surfaces of the axle tube, and defining an internal opening of the tunnel for passage of the driveshaft through the tunnel. The tunnel extends beyond at least one of the front and rear facing surfaces of the axle tube to structurally reinforce the axle tube around the opening in the tunnel.
MULTIDIRECTIONALLY DEFLECTABLE MOUNTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A multidirectionally deflectable engine mounting apparatus includes a laterally oriented base surface and a longitudinally extending elongate shaft having a laterally oriented shaft flange. The shaft flange is longitudinally adjacent to the base surface. A resilient washer is located directly longitudinally between the base surface and the shaft flange. A top plate includes a plate aperture. The shaft extends longitudinally through the plate aperture. The top plate is attached directly to the base surface with the resilient washer and the shaft flange located longitudinally between the base surface and at least a portion of the top plate.

Electromagnetic powertrain system
An electromagnetically operated powertrain system is provided. The system includes a plurality of cylinder assemblies arranged in parallel at least partially along a vehicle. Each of the cylinder assemblies may include one or more cylinders, one or more electromagnetic devices secured to at least one of the ends of each cylinder, one or more pistons reciprocatingly received in the cylinders, and a piston rod coupled to the pistons. Each of the pistons includes a permanent magnet that creates a magnetic field interacting with an electromagnetic field generated by each of the electromagnetic devices. A pulling and/or pushing force may be selectively generated by the magnetic field and the electromagnetic field to enable the pistons to reciprocate within the cylinders. A crankshaft is coupled to the piston rods of the plurality of cylinder assemblies and directly coupled to at least one of front and rear axles of a vehicle.

HIGH PRESSURE CONTAINER
There is provided a high pressure container including (i) a plurality of container bodies, each of the container bodies housing a fluid in a high pressure state and being able to release the fluid through a release portion, (ii) an opening section that is linked to the container bodies, and that opens at or above a predetermined opening temperature to release the fluid inside the container bodies, and (iii) a cover member that straddles the plurality of container bodies, that covers at least a portion of the plurality of container bodies, that is able to withstand a temperature of no less than the opening temperature, that is linked to the opening section, and that is capable of transmitting heat to the opening section.
High voltage unit
A high voltage unit installed in a vehicle includes a high voltage component and a casing that accommodates the high voltage component. The casing includes a side wall provided with a pressure receiving portion that receives impact in a horizontal direction and a planer portion on which the high voltage component is arranged, the planer portion being adjacent to an inner side of the side wall. The high voltage component is arranged on the planer portion with a gap from the side wall provided with the pressure receiving portion. An area corresponding to the gap of the planer portion includes a portion, between the pressure receiving portion and the high voltage component, provided with a brittle portion, and includes a portion, other than the brittle portion, provided with a high strength portion having higher strength than the brittle portion.
