VEHICLE CONTROLLER FOR AVOIDING COLLISION AND METHOD THEREOF
A vehicle controller for avoiding a collision of a vehicle and a method thereof are provided. The vehicle controller includes a drive motor that supplies electric power for a behavior of a vehicle, sensors that obtain information outside the vehicle and information inside the vehicle, and a controller that estimates, when detecting evasive steering of a driver in a collision situation based on the information outside the vehicle and the information inside the vehicle, a front wheel slip angle and a rear wheel slip angle, and controls the drive motor based on the front wheel slip angle and the rear wheel slip angle.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
The electric vehicle according to the present disclosure calculates motor torque using an MT vehicle model simulating an MT vehicle having a manual transmission and an internal combustion engine. In the first operation mode, an operation amount of a pseudo-clutch pedal and a shift position of a pseudo-gearshift are input to the MT vehicle model to reflect operation of the pseudo-clutch pedal and operation of the pseudo-gearshift in electric motor control. In the second operation mode where the operation of the pseudo-clutch pedal is not needed, an operation amount of a clutch pedal calculated by a driver model is input to the MT vehicle model instead of the operation amount of the pseudo-clutch pedal.

A vehicle includes a battery, an electric power acquirer, a power supply unit, first and second relays, a controller, a vehicle controller, and a first determination unit. The first determination unit makes a determination, at a system start-up, as to whether or not a power receiving coil of the electric power acquirer is in position to be available for electric power reception from a power transmitting coil of ground facilities. The controller changes, at the system start-up, a switching procedure of the first relay and the second relay on the basis of a result of the determination of the first determination unit.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus for recommending a function of a vehicle. The apparatus includes a communication circuit configured to communicate with an external device, an output device configured to provide information to a user of the vehicle, a memory, and a processor configured to be electrically connected with the communication circuit, the output device, and the memory. The processor is configured to obtain a message associated with the user of the vehicle from an external device using the communication circuit, extract event information associated with movement of the user from the message associated with the user, and when a specified condition corresponding to the event information is met, output a notification of recommending execution of a task associated with the event information using the output device.
