A tonneau cover system includes a cover assembly coupled to first and second side rails. The cover assembly includes a cover disposed over and coupled to a frame, a latch mechanism coupled to the frame and having a catch biased toward a latch position to secure the cover to the first side rail and retractable to an unlatch position to release the cover from the first side rail, a release device coupled to the frame and latch mechanism and actuatable to move the catch to the unlatch position, and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the latch mechanism. The adjustment mechanism has a first portion coupled to the catch and a second portion interacting with the first portion to adjust a vertical position of the catch relative to the frame transverse to a width-wise axis defined between the side rails, with the first and/or second portions forming a sloped profile.

A harness system is provided that, in some embodiments, provides for at least one wrap element that may be configured to removably retain at least one cargo element, and wherein the at least one wrap element is configured to removably attach to at least one tie-down on a truck. In some embodiments, the at least one wrap element may also provide for a non-scratch outer layer and one or more zippered pouches, as well as a detachable flag and detachable LED light strip element.

A harness system is provided that, in some embodiments, provides for at least one wrap element that may be configured to removably retain at least one cargo element, and wherein the at least one wrap element is configured to removably attach to at least one tie-down on a truck. In some embodiments, the at least one wrap element may also provide for a non-scratch outer layer and one or more zippered pouches, as well as a detachable flag and detachable LED light strip element.

A cargo net anchor guard mountable to an aircraft's cargo hold wall adjacent to an anchor clip assemblies. The cargo net anchor guard is configured to block cargo from impacting at least the anchor clip assembly. The cargo net anchor guard has a ramped deflection surface that can deflect moving cargo inwardly away from the wall and into the cargo net substantially without impacting the anchor clip assembly.

A cargo alarm system has an alarm housing mounted to a vehicle. An alarm unit is contained by the alarm system housing. A first electrical connector is electrically connected to the alarm unit. A second electrical connector is electrically connected to the alarm unit. An electrical cable is electrically connectable at one end to the first electrical connector and at the opposite end to the second electrical connector. The alarm unit operates to detect cutting or unplugging of the electrical cable and generating an alarm signal in response.

A locking rotational suspension training system is described that includes a locking rotational device within which a user can secure a strap to anchor the strap when the device is in a locked mode, and to enable the strap to move freely through the device when the device is in an unlocked mode. The locking rotational device includes a wheel and brakes that clamp around the wheel to prevent wheel rotation and secure a strap there between in a locked mode and that are positioned away from the wheel to allow wheel rotation and permit the strap to move freely in an unlocked mode. Such a locking rotational device enables a user to lock a strap at any point along its length thereby allowing the user to engage in a full range of bodyweight rotational, static, symmetric and asymmetric exercises, as well as weighted pulley type exercises.

The present invention comprises an assembly and method for a fastener assembly for securing a flexible cover over an open enclosure employing corner members coupleable with angled corners of the open enclosure, a plurality of removeably attachable tie down members and fastening members and a strap for securing the flexible cover about the open enclosure and any cargo therein, and is particularly preferred to be used with a tarpaulin cover for a truck bed to provide a user friendly, efficient system for tying down cargo being transported in truck beds.

A ratcheting strap device has an elongate body with a reel axis towards a first end and a ratcheting mechanism towards a second end opposite there-from. The ratcheting mechanism is affixed to the body, and has a spool axis and a ratchet spool rotatable relative to the body there-about. A first strap/hook member has a first length of strap affixed to a first one of the ratcheting mechanism and the body at a first proximal end, and has a first hook affixed to a first distal end there-of. A take-up reel is affixed to the body and rotational relative thereto about the reel axis. A second strap hook member has a second length of strap having a second proximal end connectable to the take-up reel, has a take-up strap portion adjacent to the second proximal end and windable around the take up reel, and has a second hook affixed to a second distal end there-of. The second length of strap has a midsection between its second proximal and distal ends, passing through and engageable by the ratchet spool such that rotation of the spool causes the midsection to be wound there-around.

An improved ratchet binder with a folding handle with two connecting ends and includes an enclosed ratchet gear. The direction of rotation of the enclosed ratchet gear is determined by a knob located on the ratchet gear. The knob includes a handle for improved leverage on the knob. The knob may be lifted and rotated 180 degrees to change the direction of rotation from binding a load (decreasing the distance between the connecting ends) or releasing a load (increasing the distance between the connecting ends). A raised knob also allows free motion of the gear for quick release. The knob is connected to a two-sided pawl that engages with the gear. The pawl includes a pawl spring to provide tension on the knob and to ensure engagement of the pawl with the ratchet gear.
