VEHICLE RUNNING BOARD APPARATUS AND RETRACTABLE DEVICE THEREOF
The present disclosure relate to a vehicle running board apparatus and a retractable device thereof. In some embodiments, a retractable device includes a running board holder and an arm assembly. The running board holder has a connecting portion, and the arm assembly is configured to drive the running board holder to move between an extended position and a retracted position. The arm assembly includes a first arm and a second arm. The first arm has a first end and a second end. The second end of the first arm is pivotally connected to the connecting portion of the running board holder. The second arm has a first end and a second end. The second end of the second arm is pivotally connected to the connecting portion of the running board holder. The second end of at least one of the first arm or the second arm straddles the connecting portion.
Sub-Frame and Step Assembly for Truck
An assembly is described for connecting a step or other components to a tow truck or other commercial truck using a sub-frame. The sub-frame includes chassis connection elements that are attached to a chassis of the truck and support elements that extend perpendicularly away from the chassis toward left and right sides of the truck so that the step, a toolbox, or other components may be attached thereto. The step is installed at a height that allows access by a user standing thereon to a bed of the truck and to any items located on the truck bed. The assembly may also include a rear bracket assembly for attaching rear fenders to the truck.
Mobile Refueling Vessel
A mobile vessel for refueling an engine or tank of a vehicle at a remote refueling site. A refueling station is mounted to the mobile vessel and includes a movable platform mounted to a generally horizontal deck. The platform is movable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position the platform extends away from the deck to provide a floor for the worker to stand on to connect the fuel dispenser to the engine or tank. In the stowed position the movable platform is folded from the deployed position towards the generally horizontal deck.
Rideable golf bag cart/cycle
A rideable golf bag cart/cycle (10) is a personal riding golf cart/cycle adapted to transport a single rider (13) and a golf bag (12) for use on a golf course. The cart/cycle (10) is generally symmetrical about a longitudinal plane (16) and includes a frame (18) with a seat (20), a front wheel and steering components (22), a rear wheel (24), an inclined bag support structure (26) extending between the legs of the rider (13), and a motor/control subassembly (28). A collapsed mode (30) in some embodiments is achieved by folding down the handlebars (72) and pivoting the running boards (56) up against the frame (16). An enhanced embodiment (118) includes a canopy (122) and a deluxe multifunctional console (124).
Step bumper with load support on truck frame
A vehicle bumper assembly includes a single-piece sub-frame having at least one step portion. The sub-frame is structured to be mountable on an extended portion of a vehicle frame so that the at least one step portion resides directly above the portion of the vehicle frame.
AERODYNAMIC VEHICLE SIDE STEP
A side step for a vehicle includes an inner side coupled to or adjacent to a vehicle body, an outer side, a top side, a bottom side, a front end and a rear end, where the front end is adapted to be arranged closer to a front of a vehicle than the rear end. An air guide is provided at one or both of the front end and the rear end, the air guide projects outwardly relative to a central portion of the side step that is spaced from the air guide, and the air guide projects outwardly from one or both of the top side and bottom side, and the air guide is thicker, in a vertical direction, at said one or both of the front end and rear end than is the air guide at a location between the front end and rear end.

Support assembly for box side step
This disclosure relates to a support assembly for a box side step of a motor vehicle, such as a pickup truck. An example vehicle includes a cargo box including a side wall, a box side step, and a support assembly for the box side step including a base that does not project beyond an outer panel of the side wall.

Composite bushing within the arb pivot pin locations, integrated into automated running board
A movable link arrangement for an active exterior component on a vehicle. The movable link arrangement has several links that are connected together and rotate about a composite bushing. The composite bushing has a body with an aperture formed there through. The body is formed of a continuous fiber and resin material that circumscribes an inner layer of friction reducing material that forms a bore through the body of the composite bushing. A rotatable pin is positioned through that aperture of the body and extends through the bore so that the rotatable pin is in contact with the inner layer. The composite bushing with the friction reducing material provides reduced noise and eliminates unwanted corrosion that occurs when other bushing materials are used.
