Running board having improved performance characteristics
The present invention pertains to a running board system for vehicles, which comprises at least two drive groups at each side of the running board system and a driving member, where said driving member is fixed onto a drive flange such that rotational motion provided by said driving member is transferred through to a worm gear. Said running board system further comprises a bracket gear whereby movement is transferred from worm gear to bracket gear and a middle bracket centered to bracket gear. Said running board system further comprises a torque arm whereby movement from the side with driving member is transferred to the side without driving member in a synchronized manner and thereby running board is opened and closed parallel to vehicle, and the running board is driven parallel to the ground in a horizontal and vertical opening-closing motion.
Retractable step and side bar assembly for raised vehicle
A retractable step and side bar assembly that can be used for raised vehicles, such as trucks. The retractable step can be configured to provide for significant reach in a deployed position to allow for a user to enter the raised vehicle. Further, in the stowed position the retractable step can be located within the side bar, thereby providing a low profile as well as an enhanced aesthetic appearance.
Roof top rig
A Roof Top Rig is a kit which permits a user to erect a tent upon the top of a utility trailer. The device also provides for at least one fold down bed, at least one fold down table, at least one flip down seat and a portable solar panel. A plurality of electrical generation devices, household convenience devices, and plurality of electrical outlet and wireless communication systems may be included.
SENSING BED STEP FOR VEHICLE
A method of activating a vehicle function is provided. The method includes detecting a force exerted onto a bed step of a vehicle using a pressure sensor. A controller detects whether the amount of force exerted onto the bed step is greater than a force threshold. When the force exertion force exceeds the force threshold, one of a plurality of pressure patterns is detected. One of a plurality of vehicle functions is then activated based on the detected pressure pattern.

Truck step addition apparatus
A truck step addition apparatus for easier entry into a tall truck includes a lower block having a plurality of lower mounting apertures extending from a lower top side through a lower bottom side. A plurality of first mounting hardware sets secures the lower block to a truck step of a truck. An upper block is coupled to the lower block and has a plurality of upper mounting apertures extending from an upper top side through an upper bottom side. A grip plate is coupled to the upper block and has a pair of plate mounting apertures extending from a textured plate top side through a plate bottom side. A plurality of second mounting hardware sets secures the grip plate to the upper block, the upper block to the lower block, and the lower block to the truck step of the truck.

Car Latch Pedal
This invention relates to an auxiliary tool for automobiles, particularly a car latch pedal including a pedal. The pedal comprises a bottom clamp groove and a first connecting hole at one end; The bracket has a hook on one side of the end and a adjusting hole on the other side of the same end. The hook is hung on the car latch and the first pin is fixed on the first connecting hole. The adjusting hole of the bracket is inserted in the first pin, and the bottom clamp groove is positioned beneath the car latch, pressed on the car latch by using the first pin as the pivot. The car latch is positioned between the hook and the bottom clamp groove. The elastic block is fixed at the other end of the bracket. Small in size, the car latch pedal can be conveniently carried around by cars. Fixing the car latch at proper height will make it convenient to stably load or unload items at the car roof. The angle of the car latch can be adjusted to remain horizontal, avoiding damages to car paints or deformations of door frames.
Systems And Methods For Egress From A Motor Home
An emergency exit door assembly for a vehicle. The door assembly can include a door panel that is movably coupled to the wall of the vehicle. The door panel can have an inner surface and an outer surface. The door panel can be configured for selective movement between a closed position and an open position in which an opening within the wall is exposed. A headboard component can be incorporated into the door panel, and a bed pedestal within the vehicle can be positioned in proximity to the headboard component when the door panel is in a closed position.
STEP BUMPER WITH LOAD SUPPORT ON TRUCK FRAME
A vehicle bumper assembly includes a single-piece sub-frame having at least one step portion. The sub-frame is structured to be mountable on an extended portion of a vehicle frame so that the at least one step portion resides directly above the portion of the vehicle frame.
