A vehicle interior component is disclosed. A method of making the component is also disclosed. The component may comprise a base providing a compartment and a door. An interface between the base and door may facilitate movement of the door; the interface may comprise extrusions/projections on the door to engage guides on the base. The door may comprise a carrier/substrate and cover/cover layer; the substrate and/or cover may be formed by extrusion. The carrier/substrate and cover layer may be formed by co-extrusion and/or be integrally formed. The cover layer may be bonded to the substrate. The carrier may be formed by extruding a polymer material. The carrier may comprise a first polymer material; the cover may comprise a second polymer material. The component may comprise at least one of a vehicle trim component, console, storage compartment, arm rest, etc.
Method and system for providing artificial intelligence analytic (AIA) services using operator fingerprints and cloud data
One embodiment of the present invention discloses a process of providing a report predicting potential risks relating to an operator driving a vehicle using information obtained from various interior and exterior sensors, vehicle onboard computer (VOC), and cloud network. After activating interior and exterior sensors mounted on a vehicle operated by a driver for obtaining data relating to external surroundings and internal environment, the data is forwarded to VOC for generating a current fingerprint associated with the driver. The current fingerprint represents current driving status in accordance with the collected real-time data. Upon uploading the current fingerprint to the cloud via a communications network, a historical fingerprint which represents historical driving information associated with the driver is retrieved. In one aspect, the process is capable of generating a driving analysis report which predicts potential risks associated with the driver according to the current and historical fingerprints.
Stowage system for stowing a two-wheeled vehicle in a motor vehicle
A stowage system (14) is provided for stowing a two-wheeled vehicle (30) in a motor vehicle (12), having a loading floor (16) for depositing the two-wheeled vehicle (30), and a lifting device (20) which can be supported on a load-bearing structure (22) of the motor vehicle (12) for moving the loading floor (16) between a loading position and a stowing position. The loading floor (16) has at least one three-dimensionally shaped first centring means (26) for positioning the two-wheeled vehicle (30) at least in a first coordinate direction relative to the loading floor (16). A two-wheeled vehicle (30) can be stowed in a space-saving manner and protected against damage by of the loading floor (16) which can be lowered and the at least one centring means (26).

TOUR BUS
A tour bus includes a vehicle body, a front door, a rear door, a plurality of wheels, a luggage compartment door and a movable placing portion. The front door, the rear door and the luggage compartment door are all disposed at one lateral side of the vehicle body, with the luggage compartment door between the front door and the rear door. The wheels connected individually to a bottom of the vehicle body are used for displacing the vehicle body. The movable placing portion is foldably disposed in a storage area of the vehicle body. The movable placing portion includes a placing platform and a supportive structure. The placing platform can protrude out of the storage area of the vehicle body. The supportive structure is pivotally connected with the placing platform, and the supportive structure supports the placing platform while the placing platform is moved out of the vehicle body.

An automotive vehicle with a storage compartment has a cabin, a set of rear wheels located behind the cabin, a cargo space, and a closable integrated storage compartment located adjacent to the cabin, rearward of a rear-most seat of the automotive vehicle, and forward of the set of rear wheels. At least a portion of the storage compartment is positioned forward of a forward wall of the cargo space. The storage compartment has at least one sidewall enclosing an interior portion of the storage compartment and extending from a first side panel at a first side of the automotive vehicle toward a second side of the automotive vehicle, a first opening to the storage compartment at the first side of the automotive vehicle, and a first door at the first opening. The first door has a first step member with a horizontal step surface when open.

Adjustable truck compartment system
An example adjustable truck compartment is described. The truck compartment includes a first side wall including a first guiding rail extending between a proximal end and a distal end, and a second side wall disposed opposite from the first side wall, the second side wall including a second guiding rail extending between a proximal end and a distal end of the second side wall. The truck compartment includes a rear wall coupled to the distal ends of the first and second side walls to define an enclosure between the first side wall, the second side wall, and the rear wall. The truck compartment includes a first divider panel configured to be received by the first and second guiding rails and within the enclosure in an orientation parallel to a floor of the enclosure to separate the enclosure into a first enclosure volume and a second enclosure volume.
