Method and system for managing a critical incident operation
A method and system for managing law enforcement critical incident operations at a scene of the critical incident is described, including at least one writable panel adapted and constructed to be transported to the scene of the critical incident and to contain relevant information related to a critical incident. A plurality of matching portable forms contains a copy of an entire panel or part of a panel. The forms can be color-coded in the same way as the matching panel or part of a panel. The portable forms are constructed to be transported to the scene of the critical incident, and handed out to field officers at the scene of the critical incident. The officers can write information on the portable forms while executing the operation, and through the forms provide rapid and efficient feedback to a commander who is coordinating the operation with help of the matching panels.
MODULAR VEHICLE CARGO CARRIER SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a cargo carrier system that is modular and can be arranged for a variety of applications, accessories, and cargo. The cargo carrier system has a modular base with a frame and a plurality of receptacles located within the frame configured to receive attachments. The base may have a rectangular frame coupled to a substantially flat top surface. Different components may be coupled to the frame by using standardized coupling attachments, thereby forming a highly customizable and modular system. Removable rails and clamping devices may be coupled to the base in a specific configuration and may be arranged based on the cargo being carried. A latching system couples the rails and other accessories to the base, as well as the cargo within the modular carrier system.

TRUCK STORAGE BOX WITH INTEGRATED LIGHTING AND POWER
A truck storage box with integrated lighting and power is disclosed. In one embodiment, the lighting is a light assembly including a light emitting diode (LED) strip that is powered by drawing vehicle electrical power from a truck to trailer electrical socket of the vehicle, and routes the electrical power into the truck storage box mounted on the vehicle.

LATCH DEVICE
An illustrative embodiment includes a latch rotatably mounted on a support bracket and including first and second flanges that define therebetween a notch configured to receive a striker bar. The latch is rotatable into a closed position with the striker bar received in the notch responsive to the first flange being moved against the striker bar. A pawl having an inner edge and a cam edge is rotatably mounted on the support bracket. An outer side of the first flange is configured to engage the inner edge to hold the pawl in an unlocked position responsive to the latch being in an open position. The pawl is configured to rotate and the cam edge is configured to move against the first side of the first flange to hold the latch in the closed position responsive to the latch rotating past the inner edge of the pawl.
LATCH DEVICE
An illustrative embodiment includes a latch rotatably mounted on a support bracket and including first and second flanges that define therebetween a notch configured to receive a striker bar. The latch is rotatable into a closed position with the striker bar received in the notch responsive to the first flange being moved against the striker bar. A pawl having an inner edge and a cam edge is rotatably mounted on the support bracket. An outer side of the first flange is configured to engage the inner edge to hold the pawl in an unlocked position responsive to the latch being in an open position. The pawl is configured to rotate and the cam edge is configured to move against the first side of the first flange to hold the latch in the closed position responsive to the latch rotating past the inner edge of the pawl.
VEHICLE FRONT END TIE DOWN ASSEMBLIES
Vehicle tie down assemblies may be provided for securing cargo and/or accessories at vehicle front ends. The tie down assemblies may be mounted to a vehicle fender without obstructing the opening and closing of the vehicle hood. Exemplary vehicle tie down assemblies may embody a multi-piece design that establishes a pass-through for receiving various tie downs. The tie down assemblies may additionally include one or more bolt assemblies for mounting accessories.
UTILITY DECK STORAGE DEVICE
A utility storage deck device 100 for a vehicle 200 comprises a load bearing bed cover 102, storage boxes 104, a headache rack 106, a primary deck 108 and a secondary deck 110. The load bearing bed cover 102 is configured to detachably mounted on the bed rails 112 of the vehicle 200. The storage boxes 104 are mounted to the top of the bed cover 102 on the passenger side 105a and driver side 105b, leaving space for cargo on top of the bed cover 102 between the boxes 104 to act as a secondary deck 110, while the bed cover 102 covering the space between the bed cover 102 and the OEM tailgate 114 to turn the space into a primary deck 108 to provide a secured and covered storage space. The utility deck storage device 100 that configured to detachably attach on the bed rails 112 of the vehicle 200.
