The present disclosure reveals a level indicator for use with storage tanks on motorhomes or campers. The level indicator comprises a sensor attached to the bottom of a storage tank in order to allow easy access to replace the sensor in case of failure. The sensor is calibrated to indicate the amount of liquid above the sensor in the tank. As the level of the tank changes, a readout meter indicates the volume of liquid present by percentage.

Dump handle locking device for securing a sanitation dump lock
10830373 · 2020-11-10 ·

A dump handle locking device inhibits tampering with a dump handle of a tank dump valve assembly. A handle portion and a barrier portion interface with respective ends of the tank dump valve assembly. The handle portion and the barrier portion are releasably locked together through a lock mechanism, which restricts displacement of the dump handle that controls movement of a barrier covering the pipe opening. A key regulates fastening and unfastening of the lock mechanism. Consequently, the dump handle is restricted from axial displacement, remaining in a closed position. In some embodiments, handle portion is a valve handle box that encapsulates the dump handle, and barrier portion is a lock plate interfacing with pipe section in tank dump valve assembly. In other embodiments, handle portion is a valve handle cable that attaches to the dump handle, and barrier portion is a barrier cable that attaches to the pipe section.

A plug for a bumper with a housing defining a cavity; a collar affixed to and extending from the housing, the collar defining an opening in communication with the cavity; a cap removably connected to the collar, the cap having a plurality of spaced-apart lugs on an interior surface thereof to enable the cap to be removably connected to a 4-in-1 adapter; wherein the opening defined by the collar is of sufficient size and shape to receive a 4-in-1 adapter therein when the cap is affixed to the collar, preferably by threaded screw connection. The housing has a plurality of magnets disposed on an interior surface thereof to facilitate attachment of the plug to a bumper by magnetic attraction and the cap preferably has a plurality of small scale apertures in communication with the opening and the cavity to provide ventilation while acting as a barrier to rodents, insects, etc.

Dynamic disinfection method for a vehicle drinking water tank
10800357 · 2020-10-13 · ·

A method for disinfecting a vehicle drinking water tank is designed for dynamic disinfection. By providing a vehicle drinking water tank with a spray diffuser, which is arranged inside the vehicle drinking water tank, the disinfecting liquid can be sprayed over substantially the entire inner surface of the tank. Partial filling of the drinking water tank with a disinfecting liquid starts the disinfection method. The dynamics of the disinfection method are achieved by spraying the disinfecting liquid in such a way that a moved film of disinfecting liquid is formed and wets an inner surface of the drinking water tank. Material transport at the inner wall of the tank is improved and mechanical shear forces act on the biofilm, which is to be removed and/or disinfected, in combination with the biochemical disinfection forces.
