An in-vehicle system includes a main battery, a sub-battery, a brake system that is connected to the main battery and also is connected to the sub-battery through one semiconductor relay, a diagnostic unit that performs diagnosis of the brake system, and a control unit that controls the sub-battery. The diagnostic unit is configured to perform notification regarding a diagnosis start of the brake system to the control unit, the control unit is configured to perform discharge control of the sub-battery, based on the diagnosis start notified from the diagnostic unit, and is configured to set voltage of a first terminal of the semiconductor relay to which the sub-battery is connected, such that the voltage of the first terminal is higher than voltage of a second terminal of the semiconductor relay to which the brake system is connected.

A vehicle interior component is disclosed. The component may comprise a base structure comprising a functional region configured to present a first form and a second form comprising a receptacle. The base structure may comprise an illuminated section at the functional region. The functional region may comprise a movable illuminated platform. The platform may move between an elevated state for a default form and a lowered state for the second form. The platform may be configured to be presented at a first or generally horizontal orientation and a second or generally tilted orientation. The illuminated section may comprise a perimeter of the functional region. The component may comprise an actuator configured to operate a mechanism for the functional region. The functional region may comprise wireless charging capability. The component may comprise at least one of a console; floor console; tunnel console; armrest; instrument panel; door; door panel.
IN-VEHICLE OPERATING DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING SAME
An in-vehicle operating device is provided. The in-vehicle operating device includes a panel constituting a vehicle interior component and having an opening, an operation module provided to be movable in a backward-forward direction through the opening between a first position and a second position spaced apart from each other, with a button operated by a user being disposed on a front end thereof, an actuator including a plurality of shape-memory members contracting by applying current when heated and restored to an original state thereof when cooled, the plurality of shape-memory members including at least one first shape-memory member configured to move the operation module to the first position using a force generated during contraction and at least one second shape-memory member configured to move the operation module to the second position using a force generated during contraction, and a controller configured to supply current to the actuator while maintaining a voltage provided from a vehicle battery within a preset voltage range, and control an amount of current for each of the plurality of shape-memory members included in the actuator according to a condition for operating each of the plurality of shape-memory members.
Electrical assembly
The invention has for object an electrical assembly comprising: a first electrical connection bar, a second electrical connection bar, and an electronic card,
the first and the second electrical connection bar being in electrical contact with one another, on a connection zone, said card being at a distance from said connection zone. The assembly further comprises an electrical conduction part that creates an electrical connection between said connection zone and the electronic card.
DEFLECTOR DEVICE
In a deflector device, a magnet is rotated when a deflector body is rotated, and a magnetic sensor also detects a rotational position of the magnet. Moreover, an interior of a housing body is partitioned by a motor base into a vehicle width direction outside of the interior and a vehicle width direction inside of the interior, with the magnet housed on the vehicle width direction outside of the interior of the housing body. The magnetic sensor is housed on the vehicle width direction inside of the interior of the housing body. This accordingly enables foreign matter ingression from the vehicle width direction outside of the interior of the housing body into the vehicle width direction inside thereof to be suppressed by the motor base, enabling foreign matter to be suppressed from reaching the magnetic sensor.

Apparatus and method for energy management for dual energy storage
An electrical energy management system includes a first battery having a nominal operating voltage, a second battery having a charging voltage sufficiently close to the nominal operating voltage of the first battery such that the first battery can charge the second battery when the first battery and the second battery are electrically connected in parallel, a generator that is controllable to provide a variable output voltage, a starter motor, an electrical load, a plurality of switches each controllable to be in an open state or a closed state, and a controller that is configured to control the output voltage of the generator and to control the open or closed state of each of the plurality of switches.

The case includes an opening and an accommodating space, a position of the opening corresponding to the accommodating space. The electronic component is arranged in the accommodating space. The cellulose acetate plate is arranged at the opening, a spacing distance being provided between the cellulose acetate plate and the electronic component. The cellulose acetate plate has an upper surface. The insulating layer is arranged at the opening and the upper surface of the cellulose acetate plate, and is arranged between the cellulose acetate plate and the case to insulate the cellulose acetate plate from an external environment.
