SYSTEM FOR REDUCING DUST EMISSIONS RESULTING FROM TIRE ABRASION
A system for reducing dust emissions resulting from tire abrasion, comprising a collecting unit (1), arranged at a distance from the tread (4) of a tire (5) and has at least one first electromagnet and/or permanent magnet (2). At least the material with which the tread (4) of the tire (5) is formed is magnetic or is ferromagnetically, ferrimagnetically or anti-ferromagnetically magnetisable, so that the tire abrasion particles (6) created as a result of abrasion of the tread (4) are magnetic or are ferromagnetically, ferrimagnetically or anti-ferromagnetically magnetisable. The at least one first electromagnet and/or permanent magnet (2) is designed to magnetise tire abrasion particles (6) and to accumulate the magnetized tire abrasion particles (6) detached from the material of the tread (4) in a collection point (3), arranged on a vehicle.

An assembly includes a rocker elongated along a vehicle longitudinal axis. A first slider is supported by the rocker. A second slider is supported by the rocker and is spaced from the first slider along the longitudinal axis. A first actuator is configured to slide the first slider relative to the rocker along a lateral axis. A second actuator is configured to slide the second slider relative to the rocker along the lateral axis. A cable extends from the first slider to the second slider.

Vehicle rock slider with removable cover
A vehicle rock slider having a removable cover and methods of using the same. The rock slider may be attachable to a rocker panel of the vehicle along a length of the rocker panel such that an edge of the rock slider extends below a rocker flange extending downward from a bottom of the rocker panel. The rock slider may have a cover removably attachable onto the rock slider. The cover may be shaped and sized to conceal the rock slider when the rock slider is not in use.

The inflatable device is inflatable from an undeployed position to a deployed position. The vehicle body defines a cavity and the inflatable device has a forward chamber and a rearward chamber disposed in the cavity in the undeployed position. The forward chamber expands vehicle-forward from the vehicle body into the wheel well from the undeployed position to the deployed position. The rearward chamber expands vehicle-rearward along the cavity from the undeployed position to the deployed position.
