Distributor block for air distribution in pneumatic systems of commercial vehicles
An air distributor block in pneumatic systems of utility vehicles has at least two modules with a body joined together, at least one mounting hole, at least one through-hole, at least one fastening element and seals placed between the modules is characterized by the fact that it comprises two outer modules: the upper module and the lower module equipped with a central coaxial blind hole with the identical hole in the other modules, and each outer module has at least two mounting through-holes parallel to the central axis of the module, in which bolts are mounted, which protrude above the outer modules, terminated on each side with a threaded tip for connecting to the vehicle frame, where in two opposite side walls of each outer module sockets are made with embedded connector elements or sockets equipped with blinding plugs.
Adsorption drying unit
A pressure swing adsorption drying unit which includes at least one of a sensor (46) for the ambient temperature to which the drying unit is exposed, and a sensor (46) for the temperature of the gas stream in the inlet line (2) to the unit, and the threshold value for the humidity of the gas stream in the outlet line (42) is determined dependent on the measured temperature.
OIL SEPARATOR AND COMPRESSED AIR DRYING SYSTEM
An oil separator is provided with: a heating device for heating liquid accumulated in a drainage storage section; a connection pipe for connecting the drainage storage section to an external device utilizing oil; an opening and closing device for opening and closing the flow passage of the connection pipe; and a determination device for determining whether or not to deliver the liquid, which is accumulated in the drainage storage section, to the external device. The opening and closing device is configured so as to open the flow passage of the connection pipe when the determination device determines that the liquid accumulated in the drainage storage section is to be delivered to the external device.
APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING AN AIR COMPRESSOR TO EXPEL MOISTURE FROM THE AIR COMPRESSOR
An apparatus is provided for controlling a vehicle air compressor. The apparatus comprises an input for receiving a signal indicative of operation of the vehicle air compressor. The apparatus also comprises a data storage unit arranged to, when the vehicle is in a driving state, store signals from the input. The apparatus further comprises a processing unit arranged to, when the vehicle is in a non-driving state, control the vehicle air compressor to expel moisture from the vehicle air compressor based upon signals that have been stored over a period of time in the data storage unit.
Brake device for vehicle
A brake device for a vehicle may include: a housing block; a plurality of buildup valve mounting parts formed in the housing block and disposed in a first row region; a plurality of reduce valve mounting parts formed in the housing block, and disposed in a second row region formed under the buildup valve mounting parts; a wheel cylinder port formed in the housing block, disposed above the buildup valve mounting parts, and connected to a wheel cylinder; a master cylinder port formed in the housing block, disposed above the buildup valve mounting parts, and connected to a master cylinder; a pump port formed in the housing block, and disposed under the buildup valve mounting parts; and one or more damper units formed in the housing block, and disposed among the buildup valve mounting parts, the wheel cylinder port and the master cylinder port.

Filter and oil catch apparatus
A filter for an oil catch apparatus is provided. The oil catch apparatus is capable of efficiently extracting oil from air flowing through the oil catch apparatus while being of compact size. The filter includes a cylindrically wound main filter unit, a first keep member for keeping one end of the main filter unit, and a second keep member for keeping the other end of the main filter unit. Air flowing into the main filter unit from an opening formed in the first keep member is cleared of impurities upon passing through the main filter unit, and exits out of the main filter unit.
Plunger pump and braking device
Provided is a plunger pump where quietness can be ensured. A plunger pump includes a cylinder, a piston, a discharge valve, and a plug member. The plug member includes: a recessed portion formed on a circumferential wall of a discharge chamber opposing an outer periphery of the discharge valve in a radial direction; and a discharge passage disposed at a position different from the recessed portion, formed on the circumferential wall of the discharge chamber opposing the outer periphery of the discharge valve in the radial direction, and connecting the discharge chamber and the outside with each other.
