In a method for the automatic parameterization of a braking system in a vehicle, a brake pressure profile is predefined as a test run during a test drive operation, and the wheel slip which thereafter arises is ascertained. If the wheel slip is outside a permissible value range, the brake pressure is modified and a new test run is carried out.

METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE AND CORRESPONDING ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM

A method for operating an antilock brake system of a vehicle, in which a braking torque at at least one wheel of the vehicle is cyclically controlled in at least build-up phases and reduction phases, in order to prevent locking of the wheel. In a build-up phase, the braking torque is increased until a maximum adhesion at the wheel is exceeded, and in a subsequent reduction phase, the braking torque is reduced by a differential braking torque, which is ascertained, using a wheel acceleration value of the wheel measured after the build-up phase and a target acceleration value for the wheel.

A brake system includes an electromechanical brake having a friction surface, a lining support, an electric motor for moving the lining support, a spring acting on the lining support, and a control and monitoring unit. A control and monitoring unit ascertains from at least one first value ascertained during a first movement of the lining support by the electric motor, an operating behavior value for a real operating behavior of an operating parameter of the relevant brake, and ascertains, by a comparison of the at least one real operating behavior value to at least one stored operating behavior expectation, a correction factor. The brake control system corrects by the one correction factor and activates a regulator of the electric motor using the corrected brake control signal. The control and monitoring unit is performs a calibration by a spring force of the at least one spring during the first movement.

Braking control apparatus for vehicle

A brake ECU sets target slippage degrees of three wheels other than the front outer wheel to the slippage degree of the front outer wheel and feedback-controls the braking forces of the three wheels such that the actual slippage degrees of the three wheels approach the target slippage degrees. The brake ECU computes a correction amount for the slip ratio deviation of the front inner wheel such that the slip ratio deviation becomes zero. The brake ECU multiplies the correction amount for the slip ratio deviation by a load ratio and uses the resultant value as a correction amount for the slip ratio deviation of the rear inner wheel. The brake ECU corrects the slip ratio deviation by using the computed correction amount.

A brake force control apparatus allocates all of required brake force to a target front wheel friction brake force when the required brake force is equal to or smaller than a maximum regeneration brake force. The apparatus decreases the target regeneration brake force by a first predetermined amount at a first time point at which a front wheel acceleration varies from a value larger than a first acceleration threshold to a value equal to or smaller than the first acceleration threshold. The apparatus increases the target regeneration brake force in such a manner that the target regeneration brake force coincides with the required brake force, if the front wheel acceleration becomes larger than a second acceleration threshold in a period from the first time point to a second time point at which a predetermined time elapses from the first time point.
