Conveyance device using carriage
A conveyance device has a drive route part wherein conveyance carriages travel at predetermined intervals, which is connected to a storage route part having a drive conveyer chain that supports the conveyance carriages for free travel. The drive route part has a drive conveyer chain including spaced carriage propulsion claw parts. The conveyance carriages have moved pins that horizontally extends in the left/right direction and which are freely detached/re-fitted in the up/down direction with the carriage propulsion claw parts. The conveyance device has a carriage-positioning mechanism which positions a conveyance carriage at a fixed position wherein the moved pin is positioned immediately before a guide ring for a corresponding one of the carriage propulsion claw parts, and has a carriage pushing-out mechanism which pushes out the conveyance carriage positioned at the fixed position, at a timing when the moved pin is fitted to the carriage propulsion claw part.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATED CARRIERS
A conveyor system comprising a fixed, non-powered rail defining a conveyor path and an automated conveyor carrier (ACC) supported on the rail to be movable along the conveyor path. The ACC includes an on-board motor and an on-board electrical power source selectively powering the on-board motor to drive the ACC along the rail. The ACC may include a wireless sleep mode module operable to selectively shut off power to an on-board ACC controller.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A transport system, which is designed in particular for a dryer for drying workpieces, such as vehicle bodies, and which has a plurality of transport carts. The transport carts can be moved on a rail system in a transport direction. Workpieces can be transported by means of the transport carts. Each transport cart has a transport cart chassis. The transport cart has a fastening device, which is designed to establish a connection between the transport cart and a workpiece carrier in order to transport the workpiece carrier by means of the transport cart. The fastening device has thermal insulation, which impedes heat transfer between a workpiece carrier and the transport cart.
Conveyance Device Using Carriage

RAIL-TYPE FLOOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A RAIL-TYPE FLOOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A rail-type floor conveyor system includes at least two rail pairs of different running directions, at least four rotatably mounted support plates on bearings, located in the intersection region of the rail pairs and on which wheels of a floor conveyor are rotated from a first into a second running direction, at least one floor conveyor having at least four wheel cassettes, rotated about a vertical axis and each have at least one wheel in contact with the rails, and wherein each wheel has a peripheral contour complementary to at least one profile of a rail so that transverse forces on the floor conveyor are absorbed by the rail pair, and a wheel-cassette rotary drive assembly connected to the floor conveyor and able to rotate the wheel cassettes about their vertical axis on the support plates, wherein no profiling for guiding the wheels is on the support plates.
Conveyor system with automated carriers
A conveyor system including a fixed, non-powered rail defining a conveyor path, and a plurality of automated conveyor carriers supported on the rail. Each carrier includes an on-board motor, at least one wheel forming an interface with the rail, and an on-board power source selectively powering the on-board motor to drive the ACC along the rail. Each of the plurality of carriers operates to power the on-board motor from the on-board power source under the direction of instructions programmed to a local controller. Each of the local controllers is programmed with an algorithm for independent wear monitoring of the at least one wheel and further programmed to take at least one responsive action based on an identification of the at least one wheel being worn.
High density storage and retrieval system
Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a storage and retrieval systems, and more specifically to a three dimensional storage and retrieval system in which storage cells featuring multiple storage locations disposed around a central void are stacked in alignment with one another such that the central voids in each stack form a central shaft by which storage/retrieval vehicles can access every storage location from upper and lower track grids above and below the stacked array of storage locations.
Conveying equipment with utilization of conveying traveling body
Conveying equipment with utilization of a conveying traveling body includes a conveying traveling body which includes a plurality of trolleys in a traveling direction and a load bar connecting these trolleys and a friction drive section which is provided in the traveling path of the conveying traveling body. The load bar is provided immediately below a pair of left and right guide rails for supporting and guiding the conveying traveling body, and a friction drive wheel which is pressure-contacted with a side surface of the load bar to propel the conveying traveling body in the friction drive section is arranged below the guide rails.
Conveyance device utilizing coupled wagons
A conveyance device utilizing coupled wagons includes front and rear adjacent wagons and a pair of left and right coupling units coupling left and right side portions of the adjacent wagons. The coupling units are switchable between a coupled state in which the left and right side portions of the adjacent wagons are respectively allowed for relative horizontal rotations about vertical shafts and an uncoupled state. A first coupling control mechanism operating at least one of the coupling units is provided at a horizontal turn path section in a travel path. By the operation of the first coupling control mechanism, the conveying traveling body can enter the horizontal turn path section while the coupling unit on the inner side of the horizontal turn path section is in the coupled state and the coupling unit on the outer side of the horizontal turn path section is in the uncoupled state.
Conveying system with chain for transporting articles, in particular goods, along a predetermined path
A conveyor installation for the transportation of articles along a predefined path includes a running rail, at least one running carriage which is freely movable along the running rail, and a driven engagement device which extends at least in sections along the running rail and which includes a multiplicity of engagement elements movable along the running rail. Reliable and quiet operation is achieved in that the engagement elements are movable back and forth between two stable positions, wherein, in the first stable position, the engagement elements can be moved relative to the at least one running carriage past the running carriage without entering into engagement with the running carriage (non-engagement position), and wherein, in the second stable position, the engagement elements, during a movement relative to the at least one running carriage past the running carriage, compulsorily enter into engagement with the at least one running carriage (engagement position).
