Rail vehicle car for transporting passengers, rail vehicle with a rail vehicle car and method for forming a transition between rail vehicle cars
A rail vehicle car for transporting passengers comprising a car body, a car body floor, a car body ceiling and a front end area. An A-pillar is disposed in the front portion. The car body has a longitudinal extent and a transverse extent, and the longitudinal extent is greater than the transverse extent. The car body includes a height extension transverse to the longitudinal and transverse extensions. The A-pillar is substantially centered in the transverse direction so that the front region is divided into a first side and a second side, and the first side comprises 30-70% of the transverse extent.
Method for connecting a connection piece to a u-shaped ring anchor for a head module for rail vehicles
The invention relates to a method for connecting a connection piece to a U-shaped ring anchor for a head module for rail vehicles, the head module consisting predominantly of fiber-reinforced plastic material and having an outer shell and the ring anchor consisting of fiber-reinforced plastic material and being arranged in the roof region of the outer shell as a stiffening means. According to the method, connecting elements are fed through the dry or matrix-material-impregnated, unconsolidated fiber reinforcement structure of the ring anchor.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT VEHICLE FOR THE FLEXIBLE TRANSPORT OF FREIGHT AND/OR PASSENGERS
The invention relates to a public transport vehicle comprising at least one unit for the flexible transport of passengers and/or freight. According to the invention at least one outer side wall of the unit has multiple adjacent doors, that also form the outer side wall of the vehicle along the length of the vehicle, where when the unit is used for freight transport all doors can open to provide a wide entry opening for loading and unloading freight and when used for passenger transport one or more of the doors remain permanently closed and at least one door can be opened. The inventive vehicle uses a complete outer side wall of the unit as entry and exit possibility. When the unit is meant for transporting freight, all doors in the side wall can open to provide an opening as wide as the length of a unit. The whole space of the unit is than accessible for freight. When using the unit for transporting passengers it is important for safety reasons to keep the doors close to passenger seats permanently closed and locked. At least one door of the unit that is not close to the passenger seats should be able to open to let passengers enter or exit the unit.
RAIL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
The present disclosure discloses a rail transport system. The rail transport system includes: a rail, where the rail is provided with an escape passage; and a rail vehicle, where the rail vehicle includes a vehicle body and a plurality of bogies, the plurality of bogies respectively movably straddles the rail, and the vehicle body is connected to the plurality of bogies and pulled by the plurality of bogies to travel along the rail; and the vehicle body includes a plurality of compartments hinged sequentially along a length direction of the rail, the plurality of compartments forms at least one compartment group, the compartment group includes three compartments hinged sequentially, and the bottom of each of only compartments that are located at two ends of the compartment group and that are of the three compartments is connected to the bogie. The rail transport system according to this embodiment of the present disclosure has advantages such as facilitation of evacuation of passengers in an emergency, low costs, small occupied space, small rail weight bearing, high stability, and flexible steering.

Express train system
A train system has a locomotive traveling at a controlled speed on a main track, with passenger cars capable of locomotion and of automatic coupling and decoupling, forming a train on the main track. Appropriate passenger cars are decoupled and switched onto a side track at stations to unload passengers while the rest of the train passes the stations without stopping. Passenger cars loaded with passengers at these stations are then deployed to couple-up with the train after it has passed the station. This combines local service with express service. Operation in most cases is guided by a central computer system.
