The shrimp processing apparatus may be provided in systems may include one or more processing stations configured to perform one or more of the following functions on each shrimp: measurement of individual shrimp, severing the mud vein of individual shrimp, and remove of pleopods of individual shrimp.
Crab processing systems and methods
A crab processor is adapted to be supported by a bucket defining a rim and an inner diameter, the crab processor comprising a main portion, a first support portion, and a second support portion. The first and second portions are attached to the main portion such that the first and second support portions define first and second portions of the main portion and a distance defined by the second portion of the main portion is less than the inner diameter of the bucket. The first and second support portions engage the rim of the bucket to support the crab processor in a desired orientation relative to the bucket.
SHRIMP SORTING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The sorting systems and methods described herein provide for the sorting of shrimp. The sorting systems may be combined with a delivery system. The sorting systems employ a pair of rotating slides and optional guide chutes to deliver shrimp to selected delivery locations.
