A working machine may include a first ground-contact part, a driving part configured to drive the first ground-contact part, a clutch mechanism configured to be switched between a transmission state and a non-transmission state, a clutch operation part configured to switch a state of the clutch mechanism, a braking mechanism configured to be switched between a braking state and a non-braking state, and a braking operation part configured to switch a state of the braking mechanism. In a case where the state of the braking mechanism is the braking state, the clutch mechanism may be switched from the transmission state to the non-transmission state by operating the clutch operation part, and in a case where the state of the braking mechanism is the non-braking state, the clutch mechanism may not be switched from the transmission state to the non-transmission state even by operating the clutch operation part.

The handle is maneuvered to permit the plurality of linkage members to rotatably adjust any number of the plurality of wheels relative to the plate, thereby adjusting the directional control of the dolly.

The top support can retain a top work surface thereto. On at least one side of the cart, arms can pivot outward, adjacent the top work surface, to support one or more work surface extension members. Typically, there may be one work surface extension member on each side of the cart, providing the user with additional workspace and providing the option of removal without interfering with the functionality of the cart.

In addition, a cord is connected to one end of the cart and strings through holes within each panel allowing one or more panels to be removed from the basket and displayed on the floor around the cart. However, the cord prevents the panels from being taken away from the display.

The apparatus further includes a plate spring that captures the axle of the wheel to allow wheel to rotate. The plate spring urges the second locking surface of the locking body against the first locking surface of the base to lock the wheel. The plate spring is to deflect under application of an external force to separate the second locking surface of the locking body from the first locking surface of the base to allow the wheel to roll.
