MULTIFUNCTIONAL PORTABLE TRAY
A multifunctional tray includes a portable tray housing that defines a beverage receptacle. The beverage receptacle can be selectively heated by a thermal element mounted within the tray housing. A control panel mounted to the tray housing can be used to control the heating function of the thermal element by selectively energizing the thermal element with a power source. Optionally, the tray is selectively attachable to a personal mobility device via a pair of attachment elements mounted at opposing ends of the tray housing. The tray may also include wireless connectivity capabilities that allow a user to play music and other audio entertainment from a portable electronic device through a speaker that is mounted to the tray housing.

UTILITY CART ELECTRIC POWERED - VOICE AND PROXIMITY ACTIVATED
This invention offers a new hands-free electric powered utility cart, that is controlled by voice commands from the user, and by the cart detecting and tracking an electronic device or chip that a user simply carries or attaches to his or her garments.
Once the cart is powered-on, the user speaks voice commands such as “CART, FOLLOW ME” and the cart will follow approximately three feet behind the user wherever they walk. When the user wants the cart to stop, they can either stop walking, or use a voice command such as “CART, STOP”. The user can voice additional relevant commands such as “CART, FOLLOW TO MY RIGHT, or LEFT”, in order to control the cart's mode of operation.
All kinds of carrying baskets tailored to specific uses such as for beach, shopping, tools, golf equipment, and even a baby carriage are fitted to the cart's standardized chassis.

SMART STROLLER AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a smart stroller and a method of controlling the same. The smart stroller includes a sensor part for sensing various information regarding a space in which a baby is seated and information regarding the surrounding environment in which the smart stroller is traveling. The sensed information is transmitted to a controller so as to be calculated as information for controlling operation of the smart stroller or information for informing to a user. This may enable the smart stroller to travel in a stable manner. This may also allow the user to check the state of the baby in real time and take necessary action.
FOLDABLE STROLLERS AND RELATED METHODS
Foldable strollers and related methods are disclosed herein. An example frame for use with a stroller includes a first leg having a first wheel coupled thereto, a second leg having a second wheel coupled thereto, a first joint to couple the first leg and the second leg, a handle arm, and a second joint to couple the handle arm and the first leg. The handle arm is to rotate relative to the first leg via the second joint. The rotation of the handle via the second joint is to cause the second leg to rotate relative to the first leg via the first joint to fold the frame.
