A packaging method for the spring mattress includes packaging the plurality of spring units using at least two of a plurality of packaging containers, packaging the upper cushion layer using a single one of the plurality of packaging containers, and packaging the plurality of bottom plate units using two or fewer of the plurality of packaging containers.
