STEERING SYSTEM
A steering system includes a steering operation shaft in which power transmission to and from a steering wheel is disabled and that steers a steered wheel of a vehicle, a steering operation motor that generates a steering operation force that is a torque applied to the steering operation shaft so as to steer the steered wheel, and a control device that controls the steering operation motor. When a rotation position of the steering wheel is different from a rotation position corresponding to a steered position of the steered wheel, the control device executes a process for correcting the steered position of the steered wheel to a position corresponding to the rotation position of the steering wheel through the steering operation motor.
STEERING SYSTEM
A steering system includes a steering shaft; a motor configured to generate a torque applied to the steering shaft; and a control unit configured to control the motor. The control unit has a function of performing steering angle feedback control for causing a steering angle that is a rotation angle of a steering wheel to reach a target steering angle that is set based on a point of view of adjusting a rotational position of the steering wheel, as an adjustment process of adjusting the rotational position of the steering wheel. The control unit is configured to set a limit value for limiting a change range of the target steering angle with respect to the steering angle at each moment in a period in which automatic rotation of the steering wheel is hindered in a case where the automatic rotation is hindered while the adjustment process is being performed.
STEERING SYSTEM
A steering system includes a steering shaft; a reaction motor; and a control unit configured to control the reaction motor. The control unit has a function of performing a correction process of rotating the steering wheel using the reaction motor such that a displacement in a rotational position of the steering wheel with respect to a correct rotational position corresponding to a turning position of the turning wheels decreases when a power supply of the vehicle is turned on and the rotational position of the steering wheel is different from the correct rotational position. The control unit is configured to perform the correction process when the displacement is equal to or greater than a predetermined permissible value and not to perform the correction process when the displacement is less than the permissible value.
STEER-BY-WIRE STEERING DEVICE
According to embodiments, it is possible to restrict the maximum rotation angle of the steering wheel by a simple structure to thereby provide the driver with a better steering feeling, easily meet the maximum rotation angle corresponding to the requirements for each vehicle type, facilitate part processing and assembly, prevent misassembly between parts and thus enhance mass productivity, and prevent damage to parts and steering wheel idling by impacts at the maximum rotation angle.
Steer by wire rotational travel stop
The present disclosure related to a travel stop assembly for preventing rotation, and undesired locking, of a shaft. The travel stop assembly may comprise a shaft that extends along an axis and is rotatable about the axis. A lead screw may extend along the axis and be operatively engaged, and rotatable, with the shaft about the axis. A nut may be in threaded engagement with the lead screw and axially movable along a length of the lead screw upon rotation of the lead screw. At least one stop pin may operatively engaged the lead screw and the at least one stop pin may extend from the lead screw perpendicularly relative to the axis. The stop pin may be positioned on the lead screw to stop rotation of the lead screw and the stop pin may prevent locking of the nut to the lead screw.
STEER-BY-WIRE-TYPE STEERING APPARATUS
The present embodiments relate to a steer-by-wire-type steering apparatus, and may provide a steer-by-wire-type steering apparatus comprising: an outer member which is rotated by a driving motor and has oblique grooves formed in the inner circumferential surface thereof; an inner member which is formed in a cylindrical shape and spaced inward from the inner circumferential surface of the outer member, fixed to a steering column, and provided with a guide part open in a radial direction; a sliding member, of which the outer surface is supported by the oblique grooves when the outer member rotates, and which moves along the guide part in an inward radial direction; and a support member which moves in the radial direction in association with the sliding member, and which supports the outer circumferential surface of the steering shaft and thereby prevents the steering shaft from rotating.
STEERING DEVICE
Provided is a structure of a steering device capable of securing a foot space of the driver's seat widely in the vertical direction. The steering column 3b has a cylindrical front-side column 9a and a cylindrical rear-side column 10a having a front-end portion that is connected to a rear-end portion of the front-side column 9a. The steering shaft 2b has a front-side shaft 11a rotatably supported inside the front-side column 9a, a rear-side shaft 12a rotatably supported inside the rear-side column 10a and has a rear-end portion to which the steering wheel 1 is supported and fastened, and a universal joint 13a that connect the rear-end portion of the front-side shaft 11a and the front-end portion of the rear-side shaft 12a. The front-end portion of the front-side column 9a is always arranged above a portion of the extension line of the center axis of the rear-side column 10a which exists at the same location in the front-rear direction as the front-end portion.
MOVABLE OBJECT WITH STEERING CONTROL
A movable object includes: a body part forming a main body; a wheel provided on a left side or a right side of the body part; a steering module connecting the body part and the wheel, wherein the steering module controls movement of the wheel in a manner that steers the wheel to the left when the wheel moves upward with respect to the body part, and steers the wheel to the right when the wheel moves downward with respect to the body part.
MOVABLE OBJECT WITH STEERING CONTROL
A movable object includes: a body part forming a main body; a wheel provided on a left side or a right side of the body part; a steering module connecting the body part and the wheel, wherein the steering module controls movement of the wheel in a manner that steers the wheel to the left when the wheel moves upward with respect to the body part, and steers the wheel to the right when the wheel moves downward with respect to the body part.
Controlling a steer-by-wire steering system
A vehicle steering system includes a steering actuator which acts on steered wheels, an actuation unit, a feedback actuator to which a user request for a steering angle can be applied using a steering input means, which outputs a feedback signal to the steering input means in response to the request and a driving state of the vehicle. A signal transmission transfers the request to the actuation unit. The actuation unit actuates the steering actuator to deflect the wheels. When a monitor detects a malfunction of the feedback actuator as a fault situation, the feedback signal and the signal transmission is modified or generated according to multiple options.
