Steering control device for trackless train and control method therefor
11110959 · 2021-09-07 · ·

A trackless train is formed of a locomotive hinged to carriages of N trailers. A controller is provided at the locomotive, wherein an input end of the controller is connected to an output end of a clock, an odometer and the steering angle meter, and an output end of the controller is connected to an input end of the steering mechanism of each one of the trailers via an optical network. The controller can fully describe and control a travelling track of the trackless train, such that the steered wheels of the trailer carriages and the steering drive wheels of the locomotives maintain the same track during travel.

A trailer includes a battery and an axle or a tandem axle with wheels driven by way of electric motors. The battery supplies electricity to the electric motors during trailer travel, and a sensor detects forces on a coupling of the trailer in at least one of the following directions: longitudinal direction of the trailer and/or transverse direction of the trailer and/or perpendicular direction, and a controller controls the electric motors, so that a minimum and/or a maximum limit value is adhered to.

TRAILER ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED SELF-ERECTING CRANE

A trailer assembly includes first and second axles supporting first and second wheels which are coupled to first and second actuators of a steering system. The steering system includes a control circuit connected to the actuators and the control circuit includes a driving device configurable in a low speed maneuvering mode with: a synchronized sub-mode in which the actuators can be actuated in a synchronized manner to steer the wheels in a synchronized manner, and a desynchronized sub-mode in which the first and second actuators can be actuated individually and independently to steer only the first wheels or only the second wheels. A control device is connected to the driving device to: select one of the sub-modes in the low speed maneuvering mode, and select an actuation either of the first actuator or of the second actuator, in the desynchronized sub-mode.

Driver assistance system for at least semi-automatically coupling a two-track motor vehicle to a trailer

A driver assistance system for at least semi-automatically coupling a two-track motor vehicle to a trailer has an electronic control unit. The system is configured to undertake the transverse guidance and/or the longitudinal guidance of the motor vehicle reversing toward the trailer, in particular by automatically adjusting an appropriate vehicle steering angle and/or by appropriate interventions in the drive and braking system of the motor vehicle, by evaluating signals of a vehicle-internal reversing camera. The control unit has a functional unit, which is configured, in particular by corresponding programming, such that the signals of a vehicle-external camera of a portable electronic mobile radio unit can be detected, and these signals can then be converted into the data form of the signals of a vehicle-internal reversing camera. A driver assistance system, which is designed for a vehicle having a reversing camera, can therefore be used even in a vehicle without a reversing camera or in the event of a faulty reversing camera.
