Drawn body for vehicle structural member, manufacturing method for drawn body for vehicle structural member, and manufacturing apparatus for drawn body for vehicle structural member

A drawn body for a vehicle structural member has a tensile strength of 980 MPa or more, radii of curvature of two first convex ridge portions, a second convex ridge portion, and a concave ridge portion are each 30 mm or less, a corner radius of a corner wall is 30 mm or less, and a forming depth which is a separation distance between a top sheet portion and an outwardly-extending flange is 40 mm or more.

Vehicle underbody

A vehicle underbody (1) has an underbody paneling (6) with at least one opening (3) for the at least temporary extension of a rear axle link (5) therethrough. The opening (3) is covered by a shiftable flap (4) and at least one a force accumulator (9) that biases the flap (4) toward a position for covering the opening (3). The flap (4) can be shifted counter to a restoring force of the force accumulator (9) to at least temporarily open the opening (3).

SUBFRAME STRUCTURE

A subframe structure includes a subframe disposed below a vehicle body structure of a vehicle, and an extension frame extending forward from the subframe and configured to absorb an impact load from forward of a vehicle body. The subframe has a body part extending in a vehicle front-and-rear direction and a mount support part supporting a power train through a mount. The body part is fixed to the vehicle body structure through the mount support part.

Front subframe structure

A front subframe structure includes a subframe body and a pair of right and left longitudinal members. The subframe body includes an arm front-side supporting portion, an arm rear-side supporting portion, and a detaching portion. Each of the longitudinal members has, in the rear part thereof, a bent portion that is further in the vehicle width direction outer side with respect to the arm front-side supporting portion. A lower arm has, in the rear part thereof, a longitudinally extending portion. The rear face portion of the bent portion, and the front face portion which is in the front side of the longitudinally extending portion of the lower arm extend substantially parallel to each other along the vehicle width direction. A reinforcing portion is provided on a face of the rear face portion of the bent portion, the face opposing the front face portion of the longitudinally extending portion.

A vehicle frame structure includes a pair of rear side members extending along a length of a vehicle in a lower part of the vehicle, and a first cross member coupling the pair of rear side members. The first cross member includes an intermediate member and a pair of coupling members. The intermediate member extends along a width of the vehicle at a location further downward with respect to the rear side members and is located under a motor unit. The pair of coupling members respectively extend downward or diagonally downward from the respective side members toward the opposite ends of the intermediate member.
