An embodiment floor structure of a vehicle includes a pair of side seals disposed to face each other in a vehicle width direction, and respectively disposed in a vehicle length direction, a floor frame disposed between the pair of side seals and including a pair of longitudinal frames respectively arranged along the pair of side seals and at least one transverse frame mounted between the pair of longitudinal frames in the vehicle width direction, and at least one core structural member disposed in a space provided by the floor frame and including a material for absorbing impact.

A work vehicle includes a driver section 4 including a seat 6 and disposed in a side view between a front travel device 1 and a rear travel device 2; a first battery support section 31 under the seat 6, a first battery 41 is mountable in the first battery support section 31; and a second battery support section 32 between the driver section 4 and the rear travel device 2 in a side view, a second battery 42 is mountable in and removable from the second battery support section 32.

A work vehicle includes a driver section 4 including a seat 6 and disposed in a side view between a front travel device 1 and a rear travel device 2; a first battery support section 31 under the seat 6, a first battery 41 is mountable in the first battery support section 31; and a second battery support section 32 between the driver section 4 and the rear travel device 2 in a side view, a second battery 42 is mountable in and removable from the second battery support section 32.

A collision resistance performance of a structural member is effectively improved while suppressing an unnecessary increase in mass of the structural member. The structural member includes a hollow member and a tension member. The hollow member forms a closed cross-sectional shape by a top sheet portion, a pair of sidewall portions each continuous to each side of the top sheet portion in a width direction, and a bottom sheet portion arranged to face the top sheet portion. The tension member is formed by a metal sheet extending along the width direction of the top sheet portion and being thinner than the sheet thickness of the hollow member, and connects inner surfaces of the pair of sidewall portions facing each other to each other to restrain the distance between the pair of sidewall portions from increasing.

The present disclosure provides a vehicle body connecting seat and a suspension system. The vehicle body connecting seat includes an upper plate, suitable for being connected to the vehicle body; a web plate, positioned below the upper plate and connected to the upper plate; a lower plate, positioned below the web plate and connected to the web plate, where the surface of the upper plate facing the vehicle body is provided with a buffer cushion.

A vehicle body front part structure includes: a pair of left and right front side frames extending in the vehicle front-rear direction; and a front bulkhead connected to front ends of the front side frames. The front bulkhead includes: a pair of upper and lower lateral members extending in the left-right direction; and a pair of left and right vertical members extending in the up-down direction so as to connect ends on the outer sides in the vehicle width direction of the lateral members to each other. The hollow structural member includes a first hollow structural portion that is configured by a first panel portion, a second hollow structural portion that is configured by a second panel portion, and a third hollow structural portion that is configured by a third panel portion and couples the first and second hollow structural portions to each other. The one or more reinforcement members include at least one of first and second reinforcement members. The first reinforcement member includes a first foaming member connected to the first and third panel portions. The second reinforcement member includes a second foaming member connected to the second and third panel portions.

A vehicle structure provided with a hollow structural member includes one or more reinforcement members that are located in the hollow structural member and include a foaming member. The hollow structural member includes a first hollow structural portion that is configured by a first panel portion, a second hollow structural portion that is configured by a second panel portion, and a third hollow structural portion that is configured by a third panel portion and couples the first and second hollow structural portions to each other. The one or more reinforcement members include at least one of first and second reinforcement members. The first reinforcement member includes a first foaming member connected to the first and third panel portions. The second reinforcement member includes a second foaming member connected to the second and third panel portions.
