The frame assembly extends generally along a longitudinal axis of the utility vehicle. The utility vehicle further includes a front seating section coupled to the frame. The front seating section is configured to support an operator and a first passenger. Additionally, the utility vehicle includes a rear seating section coupled to the frame. The rear seating section is configured to support a second passenger and a third passenger. The rear seating section has an angled panel configured as a dead pedal for the second and third passengers, and a portion of the rear seating section extends forwardly into the front seating section.

A vehicle including power means configured to allow the entire upper surface of the floor structure to be available for the seating and cargo means. The seating and cargo means includes a first rearwardly facing seat assembly and a second confronting forwardly facing seat assembly. The seatback portions are pivotal downwardly into overlying relation to the cushion portions and into horizontal alignment with first and second cargo surfaces defined by the upper face of the floor structure between the front of the vehicle and the first seat assembly, and between the rear of the vehicle and the second seat assembly. The cushion portions of the seat assemblies are longitudinally spaced and the seatback portions have a height sufficient to fill the space to form a continuous cargo surface extending from the front of the vehicle to the rear of the vehicle. Gates in the front and rear ends of the vehicle allow front and rear access to the cargo surface.

VEHICLE FRAME STRUCTURE

A vehicle frame structure includes a front wall portion and a rear wall portion that are respectively provided in front and rear end portions of a vehicle, a side wall portion extending in the vehicle front-rear direction so as to separate the vehicle cabin from the exterior of the vehicle cabin, and a connecting portion that includes a first end portion and a second end portion, and has a closed section structure that is curved so as to protrude inward in the vehicle width and front-rear directions in a plan view. The first end portion is connected to an inner side of one of the front wall portion and the rear wall portion in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the second end portion is connected to an inner side of the side wall portion in the vehicle width direction.

The seat back frame in the horizontal position defines an expansion floor by which the floor of the cargo box is expanded in a forward direction. The seat back main body swings to a hanging orientation with respect to the seat back frame in the horizontal position and is located in front of the seat bottom.
