Tractor with exhaust gas treatment unit
A tractor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a front wheel, a rear wheel, a hood that covers an engine, and an exhaust gas treatment unit. The exhaust gas treatment unit is placed laterally outside right or left side of the hood and behind the front wheel, and purifies exhaust gas from the engine. A circular cylindrical heat shielding plate covers an outer circumferential surface of the exhaust gas treatment unit. A plurality of vent holes are formed in a rear surface of the heat shielding plate, and are not formed in a region that lies on a front surface of the heat shielding plate and faces the front wheel.
BONNET MOUNTING APPARATUS OF AGRICULTURAL WORK VEHICLE
A bonnet mounting apparatus of an agricultural work vehicle enables a bonnet that covers an engine compartment of an agricultural work vehicle to be opened upward. The bonnet mounting apparatus includes: a fastener on which a coupling protrusion is provided, and which is attached to the inside of one end portion of a bonnet; and a hinge on which a coupling recess, into which the coupling protrusion is inserted, is provided, and which is hingedly coupled to the upper end of a bonnet support at a vehicle body side so as to be rotatable upward and downward. According to the present invention, the bonnet is easily connected to the vehicle body by inserting the coupling protrusion of the bonnet into the coupling recess of the hinge at the vehicle body side.

Tractor
A tractor in which a basic shape of a hot-wind blocking plate disposed between a motor unit and an operation unit is commonalized as a sharable element, and cutting of an outer edge portion of the hot-wind blocking plate enables application to various specifications including different sizes of motors and operation units, thus achieving convenience in assembling the tractor, enabling mass production by using the sharable element, enabling an efficient inventory storage, and providing an advantage in costs. The tractor includes: a hot-wind blocking plate disposed between a motor unit and an operation unit, the dimension of the hot-wind blocking plate being adjustable by cutting an outer edge portion of the blocking plate; and an operation unit component mounted in the outer edge portion of the hot-wind blocking plate, a position where the operation unit component is mounted is changeable depending on a specification of the operation unit.
Sealing system for a moving shaft
A sealing system includes a shaft seal plate, a seal guide having a tab, and a shaft seal coupled to the seal guide. A guide slot is formed in the shaft seal plate, and the tab extends into the guide slot. The shaft seal is configured to form and substantially maintain a seal at an axle bar as the axle bar rotates and pivots. The seal guide is configured to translate relative to the shaft seal plate as the axle bar pivots, and the tab is configured to block a rotation of the seal guide and the shaft seal relative to the shaft seal plate as the axle bar rotates.
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes an openable and closable bonnet that covers an engine and is rockable with respect to a body frame, a pin that is provided on the body frame side, and a lock that is provided on the bonnet side and is switchable between a locked state in which the bonnet is locked by the lock engaging with the pin and an unlocked state in which the bonnet is not locked by the lock not engaging with the pin.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a driver's step, a driver's seat disposed further rearward than the driver's step and between left and right rear traveling units, a steering wheel disposed in front of the driver's seat, left and right fenders that cover both of the rear traveling units from above; a boarding section that enables boarding and deboarding to and from the driver's step at a position on a front side of at least one of the fenders, and a gripping portion that is provided on a forward portion of the boarding section and is graspable to a driver when boarding and deboarding. The gripping portion is configured to have an inclined posture that is positioned further forward toward the outward side of the vehicle body, in a plan view.
Work Vehicle
The purpose of the present invention is to improve visibility of a status display unit while simplifying the installation of the status display unit and preventing damage to the status display unit. The present invention comprises: a work vehicle body capable of traveling automatically; a status detection unit that detects the status of the work vehicle body; and status display units that show a status display according to the status of the work vehicle body detected by the status detection unit. At least one pair of status display units are arranged diagonally across the work vehicle body in plan view.
ENGINE ENCLOSURE FOR AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
A hood assembly for an agricultural vehicle such as a farm tractor has a first hood panel and a second hood panel pivotably attached to the first hood panel and movable from a first closed position to a second open position relative to the first hood panel. The first hood panel is an elongate body mounted above an engine of the vehicle and having a front end and a rear end joined by two side portions. The second hood panel wraps around the front end of the first hood panel and extends along the two sides thereof to respective pivotal attachments. The attachments have a common pivot axis which traverses the first hood panel in spaced-apart relation to the first hood panel front end. Opening the second hood panel provides maintenance access to a cooling package of the vehicle without opening or disassembling the remainder of the hood assembly.
WORK VEHICLE
A work vehicle includes a hood swingable in an up-down direction between an open position, in which the hood is positioned expose an engine room, and a closed position, in which the hood is positioned to close the engine room, and at least one damper to urge the hood toward a side of the open position. The damper is swingable in the up-down direction to rise toward a standing position in response to the hood being swung from a position closer to the closed position toward a position closer to the open position and fall toward a lying position in response to the hood being swung from the position closer to the open position to the position closer to the closed position. An urging mechanism is provided to, while the damper is in a position closer to the lying position than an intermediate position, apply to the hood an urging force to urge the hood from the position closer to the closed position toward the position closer to the open position against the load of the hood.
