SWITCHABLE SIDE SUPPORT DEVICE FOR CYCLES AND USE THEREOF AND METHOD FOR COUPLING THE SIDE SUPPORT DEVICE TO A DRIVE TRACTION MEANS OF THE CYCLE
When riding or parking cycles, a support aid is expedient in many situations. Side supports for cycles, configured for permanently mounting on the cycle and for laterally supporting the cycle when stationary with or without a rider, or during riding, have at least one side stand mechanism (13) with at least one supporting wheel (13.9), which supporting wheel can be positioned in at least one height position. According to the invention, the side support device is switchable and has a gear device (14) which is coupled to the supporting wheel and is configured for positioning the supporting wheel in at least two height positions comprising at least one extended supporting height position and at least one retracted height position for support-free riding with the cycle. Robustness and flexibility can thereby be especially ensured. The invention also relates to the use of individual components of the side support device and to a method for coupling the side support device to a drive traction means of the cycle.
SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
In a saddle riding vehicle including a vehicle body frame, a swing arm that supports a rear wheel, a pivot shaft that swingably supports the swing arm on the vehicle body frame, and a regulator for an electric system, the regulator is supported by a stay and the regulator is disposed, in a vehicle side view, posterior to the pivot shaft and inferior to an upper surface of the swing arm.

SADDLE-RIDING TYPE VEHICLE
A saddle-riding type vehicle includes a driver's seat on which an occupant taking a driving posture sits, a fuel tank disposed in front of the driver's seat and extending in a front-rear direction and a canister formed into a long-length shape that defines a longitudinal direction of the canister, fuel vapors generated in the fuel tank being brought into the canister and adsorbed and held by an adsorbent provided in the canister. The canister is disposed under the fuel tank with the longitudinal direction aligned with the front-rear direction and is entirely covered by the fuel tank in vehicle side view.
DEVICE FOR PASSIVE CONTROL OF STEERING MECHANISMS
A device for preventing the front wheel of a bicycle from turning, comprising a clamp, a lever, and a receiver. The clamp is configured to be removably coupled with the steer tube of a bicycle, and is adjustable. The adjustable clamp is configured to be secured tightly around the steer tube to prevent rotation of the front wheel of the bicycle and to prevent rotation of the clamp around the steer tube. The lever is coupled with the clamp and is rotatable from vertical, through horizontal, to the proper angle to meet the receiver, which is disposed on a cross bar or down tube of a bicycle. The lever includes a knob and the receiver is configured to receive and slightly contract around the knob, temporarily coupling the steer tube and the cross bar or down tube, locking the wheel in its position when the lever is engaged.
PORTABLE CONVEYANCE WITH DUAL FUNCTION RACK AND STAND
This specification relates to portable conveyances, and in particular to a dual-function apparatus that functions as a rack in a first attachment position on the portable conveyance when the portable conveyance is in an unfolded position, and that functions as a stand in a second attachment position on the portable conveyance when the portable conveyance is in a folded position.

Methods and Apparatus for Increasing the Effectiveness of Wheelchair Training
A device for supporting a wheelchair includes a frame and a support system. The first end of the frame is attached to an axle of the wheelchair. The second end of the frame is attached to a wheel for allowing translation of the device over a surface. The support system is coupled to the frame and may be positioned to catch a back of the wheelchair upon reclining of the wheelchair during a wheelie. The position of the support system with respect to the frame is adjustable in order to catch the wheelchair at varying angles of reclining. As the user of a wheelchair develops skill in performing a wheelie, the position of the support system may be moved further away from the wheelchair.
Bicycle cross bar adaptor with a control unit
A bicycle retractable bicycle cross bar adaptor includes a bar having a first tube, a second tube and a control unit. The first tube has a first connection end and the second tube has a second connection end which is movably inserted into the first connection end. The second tube includes multiple holes. The control unit includes an inner part, a switch and a sleeve. A switch is pivotably connected to the inner part and the sleeve is mounted to the inner part and the switch. The sleeve includes a flexible tongue to pivot the switch. The switch includes a rod on one end thereof. When the switch is pivoted, the rod is inserted into one of the holes of the second tube to set the length of the bar. When the rod is removed from the hole, the second tube is moved relative to the first tube.
