SWINGING LOCKING MECHANISM FOR BICYCLE RACK AND BICYCLE RACK HAVING THE SAME
A swinging locking mechanism configured to be mounted to a bicycle rack includes a movable rod configured to be movably mounted to a pivot seat of the bicycle rack, and an operating member. The movable rod defines an axial direction and includes at least one second engaging portion which is releasably engaged with at least one first engaging portion of the pivot seat. The operating member is connected with the at least one second engaging portion, and an operational direction of the operating member is parallel to the axial direction. The bicycle rack including the swinging locking mechanism is further provided, and further includes: a carrying frame, having at least one of the pivot seat and configured to carry at least one bicycle. The movable rod is transverse to the carrying frame and configured to restrict the at least one bicycle.
MOTORCYCLE FAIRING AND DASH COVER
This present invention relates to a weatherproof and stretchable cover for a portion of a motorcycle. One variant of the cover protects both the fairing and dashboard of the motorcycle. The cover has an elastic band positioned along the periphery of an opening in the cover to form a front surface which encloses the front fairing and dashboard along with turning lights and headlamp when the elastic band is stretched. The elastic band securely attaches to the edges of the fairing and dashboard for a secure and tight fit. An exterior surface of the cover may have any logo or trademark for advertising purpose, and the cover prevents the portion of the motorcycle covered thereby from exposure to harmful UV rays, inclement weather and tampering.
VEHICLE LOCK
A vehicle is provided to include: at least one wheel including an axle axis; and a vehicle lock. The vehicle lock may include: a lock support forming a part of the axle axis; and a detachable handle that is spaced from and is detachable relative to the lock support.

METHOD FOR STARTING ELECTRIC SCOOTER BY USING EXCHANGEABLE BATTERY PACK EMPLOYING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SCHEME
The present invention relates to a method of turning on an electric scooter by supplying power to the ECU when the interchangeable battery pack is driven by eliminating the auxiliary battery that always supplies power to the ECU that turns on the start of the electric scooter, providing an interchangeable battery packs using wireless communication type, and using a wireless communication signal received from a smart device as a driving signal of the interchangeable battery pack.
ON-BOARD VEHICLE LOCK
An on-board locking assembly for a vehicle such as a bicycle or scooter comprising a movable member, such as a rigid bar, movably mounted to the vehicle at a first end and releasable from the vehicle at the second end, wherein a vehicle mounted receptacle is configured to fasten and release the second end, and wherein the rigid bar is configured to be movable relative to the vehicle to capture an object to which the vehicle may be fastened, and optionally obstruct the rotation of a vehicle wheel, and wherein the unfastening of the locking assembly may be controlled by wireless signal. A novel on-board retractable cable lock is also presented.
LOCK SYSTEM
A lock system for securing a battery of a vehicle operable by muscle power and/or motor power, in particular an electric bicycle. The lock system includes: a deadbolt which is pivotable about a bolt axis, a lock cylinder which is configured to actuate the deadbolt, and a lifting element which is coupled to the lock cylinder, the lock cylinder being movable into a holding position and into a release position, the lock cylinder in the holding position preventing a removal of the battery in a removal direction, and in the release position allowing the removal of the battery. The lifting element is configured to move the battery in the removal direction when the deadbolt is moved from the holding position into the release position.
Server, Controlling Method Thereof, and Personal Mobility
An embodiment server includes a communicator configured to communicate with a personal mobility and a user terminal and a controller configured to control the communicator to transmit a rental permission signal to the personal mobility in response to receiving an authentication completion signal from the user terminal, wherein the authentication completion signal is a signal generated by the user terminal based on biometric information of a user received by the user terminal and registered biometric information stored in the user terminal.

Hard-shell motorcycle cover assembly
A hard-shell motorcycle cover assembly includes a floor panel that is positionable on a support surface thereby facilitating a motorcycle to be rolled onto the floor panel. The floor panel is longitudinally elongated to accommodate a full length of the motorcycle. A shell is divided into a rear portion that is hingedly coupled to a front portion. The rear portion is positionable in an open position to facilitate the motorcycle to be driven onto the floor panel. Additionally, the rear portion is positionable in a closed position to enclose, and protect, the motorcycle on the floor panel. A biasing unit is coupled between the rear portion and the front portion for biasing the rear portion into the open position.
